Nothing beats an all-wool rug. This rug is a rich chocolate brown, with cream pattern. It is soft and has a luxurious touch that creates a comfortable texture. This is a modern design but will work in various settings as the neutral colors and quality construction can coordinate with many styles. All-wool rugs are naturally repellent to water, stains and odors. Having 2 dogs this makes it an ideal choice. If you have never had a wool rug before, it will shed fibers for the first few months, filling your vacuum bag. This is totally normal and reduces over time.Read More

Thank you for shopping with us and please feel free to contact us again with any further questions.
Hello, Thank you for answering my question, but does this mean that I can clean this rug by hand myself. If I have a spill, can I use something to clean it. And does the description "brown with a sun light shade shade as a secondary color" mean that it is different shades of brown? I really like this rug, but want to be sure that it will be sufficient for the kitchen. Thank you again.
Hello emmalusi, a professional dry extraction cleaning is recommended for wool rugs. You can spot clean by hand as needed, but using steam or detergents such as shampoo are not recommended. I believe the sunlight shade refers to the lighter color of the design in the rug. You can view out guide on how to clean your rugs using the link below.
