The rug is very well-made (the brand is called Horizon, this is my second experience with them, and the quality seems consistent). The colors are even, it seems very durable, and it's even thicker than the description on here says - the rug is actually 0.625" thick. One minor gripe: I wish the green clovers were actually olive green. The background isn't beige like it says here, it's tan, and the green is a fern green (i.e., like a light brown mixed with light green), and it just doesn't stand out the way I hoped it would. It mainly stands out only due to the hand-carved contours. If I knew how, I would really paint them green(er) myself. Also, the thickness of the clover leaf outlines is not uniform, in some places it's thinner (if you look closely at the photo, you can actually see that). I suppose that is par for the course in case of a hand-tufted rug, but just throwing this out there for those folks who might be expecting perfection. :-)
I love this rug, my fiancee LOVES shamrocks and clovers, and this is a great rug. It has more of a beige background and was hoping for more of a grey, but it's great. It sheds a bit, I'm hoping that goes away soon. I've had the rug 3 weeks I think now and it still fills the vacuum, but all rugs shed for a minute.
