Alexander Wood Bench

this Bench look the same as it appear in the picture and it also look good in my entry hall way. But I was disappointed with the quilty of this product. when it arrive first time it had A crack Leg on the left side and back panel pice had two crack on panel which were both replaced by Overstock with in the fair time frame but the back panel still arrived with a light crack in it and at this time I did not call it for excehange.

Just received this bench. It took about 45 min. to assemble it, the instructions were straight forward and it came with all the necessary parts except the screw driver. I am very pleased with its size and its appearance. There were a few scratches in the wood, but a little Old English fixed those. The box it came in was flimsy, which is probably why there were some scratches, but it was well protected with styrofoam blocks and sheets. If you're looking for an inexpensive bench and don't mind some basic assembly, I do recommend this bench. I don't know how it would hold up if you used it for sitting, but for me it is just a decorative piece filling an empty space in my hallway.
