Fireplace was poorly constructed and required a contractor friend of mine to use some "ingenuity" in getting it together... (bolts weren't lined up, etc.). However, once it was put together, it looked very nice and works well. The glass shield for the firebox was shattered during transit, but O tracked down a replacement quickly, so good service there. Closely read the return policy on over-sized items.....

This fireplace IS white not ivory. It looks great! Works great and was not that hard to put together. My only issue was that there was a small ding in the wood on the mantel. can't really do anything about it. It's small but still. Also the tiles do look plastic but only up close.

This fireplace came very quickly and in excellent condition. It was relatively easy to put togther and looks fanstatic in my bedroom. The picture doesn't do it justice. It puts off quite a bit of heat and I love the fact it has a remote. Well worth the money. I have never been disappointed with anything I got from Overstock. If I have a problem with something it is resolved quickly and they are great to send a replacement quickly or refund your money.

I absolutely love the fire place. It took about an hour to put together but was not at all difficult. The tiles look a little cheap up close, but for the price it is a beautiful piece and an excellent addition to our decor.... Love it!!!

We bought this fireplace for an addition to our house that doesn't have duct work coming to it. The fireplace really does warm it up! it is a large room open to the rest of the house and was really quite cold. My hope is this will help our heat pump from working too hard and save on our Elec. bill or will increase it? the jury is out on that one. It really is beautiful! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the slate tiles are really plastic, but you wouldn't know it if you didn't touch them.

I absolutely love it! And everyone who sees it loves it. I am very happy with this purchase.

very pretty once you finally get it togather. love the flicker and adjustable flame it does have a remote with it to. i do think the price is a little high for the quailty of the workmanship. but given the rather flaky way overstock charges for big returns i think i will keep it.

Looks pretty. Works nicely. Workmanship could have been better, there are gaps that need filling in to make it look better.

PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED IN A FEW DAYS AFTER ORDERED. BOXES WERE BATTERED AND I THOUGHT THE WORST BUT AFTER OPENING THERE WAS NO DAMAGE, PRODUCT WAS WELL PACKED. A FRIEND AND I PUT THE FIREPLACE TOGETHER IN ABOUT 45 MINITUES. WIFE LOVED IT FROM THE FIRST TIME SHE SAW IT. FRIENDS SAY IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS BUILT IN THE HOUSE. LIKE THE ADJUSTABLE FLAME.

We received our order in a timely manner. My husband read the directions & assembled the fireplace quite rapidly. It is so classy!!! It goes perfectly with the rest of the room's colors, etc... We will get much enjoyment with our fireplace for many years to come. We truly thank you, Overstock.

ITEM WAS DELIVERED VERY QUICKLY. ASSEMBLY WAS STRAIGHTFORWARD AND I WAS ABLE TO COMLETE IT WITHIN 30-45 MINUTES. THE UNIT LOOKS VERY NICE AND SEEMS TO WORK PERFECTLY. WE ARE USING THIS UNIT FOR A BEDROOM AND GIVEN THE SIZE, THIS IS PROBABLY THE BEST USAGE, IT IS SIMPLY NOT LARGE ENOUGH FOR A LIVING AREA. WE ARE VERY PLEASED OVERALL.
