For the money~~~~ Good rug. Don't expect the highest quality, but is is adequate. The black and white is not truly a crisp white. It is off white. So id your expectation is for crisp white~~~~ this is not for you. But if you'r okay with black and off white, adequate for the price quality, and love the design of the rug~~~ this rug is for you!

My husband and I LOVE this rug! I was a little hesitant to order it because of the mixed reviews, but I am so glad I did! The rug is a little thin, but for the price I am not sure what people were really expecting. The color is fantastic, very vibrant and absolutely beautiful! Everyone that comes over raves about the style... it makes a huge statement, especially against our neutral furniture. I haven't had any problems with shedding, like others mentioned. The rug is a great addition to our home, I am so glad we got it!

Got this rug a couple weeks ago, and I'm mostly pleased with it. It arrived quickly and well-packaged. It's HUGE, and totally fills up our living room, which is what I wanted. In terms of quality, it's totally fine for the price, but not great. The rug we received had a couple visible snags, and it doesn't feel quite as nice underfoot as a more expensive rug. My boyfriend thinks it's too busy -- he says the zig-zags hurt his eyes, since they're quite narrow. I think we expected them to be a bit wider. I like the way it really pops in the room, though. I'd buy this again.

As the other reviewers have already stated, "you get what you pay for" and with 3 kids under 3 (and a dog!) this rug is exactly what I needed. It looks great in my living room, really giving it a fun and modern feel. I was worried about the zig zags being too small, but they are fine. I bought a nice thick felted rug pad on O.co also and it helps boost the overall feel of the rug.

This rug is definitely not high quality, but then the price was extremely low. It off-gases terribly, and I've had to have my windows open for the past 2 days to help air out the house. The off-gasing will pass eventually. I expected the rug to be somewhat lighter than it is. I put it in a room where I had another Overstock rug, just for a change, but I think I will either be returning this chevron rug or selling it. It doesn't do anything for the room it is in. It doesn't suit me, but you may love it.

Overall pleased with product. Color is not at all what I was expecting, but it still works. If you are looking for something in the true blue family this is not for you. Color is more in the teal family. On my screen it looked like a French grey or pale blue/grey. I read all of the reviews and did read one reviewer who said the light blue was not a blue. So based on that review and the color on my screen I took a gamble hoping it was more in the grey family. Very much in the teal family, a muted teal. However I think it will still work with my family room decor plan. I bought a Mohawk memory foam rug pad for it and it is very soft.

We bought this rug for our living room. We have a yellowish/camel colored leather sofa, and needed something to offset the contemporary-ness of the couch. This rug does the trick! We ordered the light blue, and color is more of a greyish blue than a baby blue, with off-white stripes. I actually like the stripes not being bright white, I think it would give you a headache looking at it. The rug is not wool or cotton, it's synthetic and is not the softest underfoot, I would recommend the thickest rug pad you can afford to beef it up a little bit. We've only had it down for a few days, so no idea about shedding, but our large breed dog has been running around on it with no issues so far! Great rug for such a low price.

This was my second purchase from Overstock. I want to start off by saying I have never bought a large rug for a living space before. I read the reviews and was a little weary but for $$$ and with my two young kids and a new puppy I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. I bought the 8x10 light blue chevron rug. It came in less than 5 days! It is a thin rug but I have mine down in my living room over carpet. A lot of people said it is itchy.... we have all been walking barefoot on it and it isnt itchy at all. Now it isn't plush by any means.. you wouldnt want to curl up naked on it.. but its not itchy. I was expecting the blue to be lighter... hence the light blue but I would classify it as a medium slate blue... which I love with my grey walls. It does shed a little bit but I vacuum daily anyway so its not a big deal. I don't find it too busy at all! I have a couch, coffee table, chair, tv stand, etc covering some of it so it definitely adds a great punch to my space! I actually loved this one so much I ordered the black and white smaller version for my children's bedroom! Keep in mind people you get what you pay for! I was not willing to spend $400 for a high quality rug of this size. So for me and my lifestyle this is perfect!

I have purchased several rugs on overstock, and this is the first time I've been a little disappointed. 1. COLOR: I expected the white not to be bright white, but it is really really beige. Do not get if you want off-white or crisp white. This is what threw off my design scheme, so I had to repurpose. 2: QUALITY & PILE: This is a very thin rug with poly blend fibers, but it is low maintenance. We ended up putting it in our dining room, and it looks great under our dining table. However, I wouldn't put it alone anywhere (like a foyer). It will work somewhere with furniture on it, like a dining area, or in a high traffic area like a living room. It really is low maintenance and easy to clean; our small dog loves laying on it in the sunshine in the dining room. It would also be fun for rec room or playroom for kids, or a kids' bedroom because of the low price and quality. Don't expect it to last you 10 years like some rugs. This is a good value that will last about 2-5 yrs if you're lucky. Get a rug pad.

For the price this is a great deal. It did arrive with gray smudges in several places. I had to scrub it to get them out. Its probably not the best quality but for the price I recommend.

I received this earlier than expected and the rug is much larger than I expected. It is the perfect addition to our family room. It is not the highest quality rug or the thickest but I usually go through a new rug every couple years just because of they don't stay clean looking with the dogs so I didn't mind that it was of a lower quality. The price was half of what I had expected to pay for a rug of this size. I bought the blue/navy rug so that 'maybe' it will stay clean looking for longer than a couple years with this one....

The rug is very thin and a bit itchy but there are no pills or defects and the pattern is really strong and catchy. I got an 8 x 10 which pretty much fills up my living room. It makes everything look a lot more youthful and hip, it does a great job of tying everything together. For the cost and statement with the chevron pattern, you could not ask for a better rug! Very happy with it!

Great rug for the price. Makes a big statement. Not soft at all, needs a pad. We put it in the playroom and it's been perfect. I worry about the edges though, I hope they don't get all nappy looking from kids driving cars over them all the time.

We have a small dog with short hair, a 7 year old boy and entertain quite a bit. I thought the look was strong and paired nicely with our otherwise neutral decor. This rug updated our family room immediately and did not set me back in the spending department. I am very pleased with this rug!

Not pleased with it. Shipped it back and ate the shipping cost. Ended up getting $85 back from the price paid after shipping cost. Even at that price it wasn't worth keeping. I was expecting a cheap rug, but I didn't know something like this even existed. Seems like a waste of effort to make a rug like this. If you're going through the trouble of making a rug and marketting and shipping it you might as well make it worth having. Cool desgn. This size made me dizzy by itself though. It probably would have helped that to get the furniture on it, but I just rolled it back up and shipped it back. I'm by no means a snob about this type of thing, but this thing was crazy.

I got this rug for a really good price. I live in a loft and our living room decor is black and white. this rug is cream, but i don't mind. it made our living area pop and seem bigger. i am going to purchase the medium sized one for under our kitchen table since it's pretty much the same space and i want to tie it altogether!
