  Has great shipping container box. It absolutely won't get damaged in shipment unless an 800 lb gorilla drives the UPS truck back & forth over it. These are OK units for heat & cool.

  Knowing that this is a refurbished product I was not surprised or distressed that there a few nicks and dents in this unit. I was happy with the delivery service in which I got a call telling me which service would be contacting me and when. I got the call and set up a time and day and got prompt curteous delivery. I can not say in the long term how these ac units function having only recently recieved and installed them but they appear to work well and quietly. I ordered two. I bought a refurbished microwave last year and it looks and works great

  AC was easy to install, all materials were provided. I did have to modify the support brackets because I have storm windows and the unit is not designed to be used with them. I am very satisfied with the noise level (very quiet) and the cycling of the unit when it is running in energy saver mode. Had a Kenmore before this that cycled on and off every few minutes. This unit employes a much better sensor and logic system.

  This A/C worked as expected. it cools the room very nicely I'm very pleased with this product adn very pleased with the service from Overtock I recevied it via UPS and did not have any problems.
