NOT A TRUE QUEEN!!!!
If you need a true queen sized mattress DON'T BUY THIS ONE! The first one got delivered and, on sight it looked like a full size. Measured it and it was 54x72 NOT the "60x80" they advertised. I thought perhaps overstock mistakenly gave us a full sized. Re-ordered the queen. Got the SAME SIZE! This is NOT a true queen! It is NOT "60x80". It is a FULL size.

BUY THE WARRANTY IF YOU ARE BUYING THIS PRODUCT!!!
The mattress is very comfortable. It blows up quicker than any other air mattress I have used before. That being said we have had to return 4 of them...they keep busting at the seams after a few weeks of use. The 2 yr warranty has turned out to be $20 well spent. I guess for $XXX total it's worth it to have an air mattress for two years...they ARE prone to spring leaks, but my folks bought one at an area retailer for $XX and it's been working for two years already so...your choice.

Terrible piece of junk
I did write customer service the day after we tried to use it. We followed instructions to the T and it still deflated. We played with it for at least three days prior to the actual use and did everything according to instructions. We had guests for the holiday and my daughter who weights all of 110 lbs, was not able to sleep in it. It always deflated. It's a piece of junk and would have sent it back had I heard from your customer service but I never rec'd a reply from my email. Actually, I was really, really upset by this product. It was not exactly cheap but it was not worth a dime. I have never had a complaint with Overstock and never ever sent anything back but this was really bad.

big disappoitment
I was greatly disappointed with the quality of the product as it took me a while to figuire out that the airbed had few hole in it upon arrival ,as it would inflate and then diflate in few hours. Did not have enough time to return or exchange thr airbed as my guest needed a bed to sleep on. Luckly the manufacture send the glue and small patches to repair the damage.

excellent purchase
I purchased this product for the holidays. After a very easy set up, this bed was used for my brother for a solid 5 weeks and surpassed my expectations. I took some previous recommendations and used a foam mattress topper. My brother found the bed extremenly comfortable for the entire five weeks. I would highly recommend the getting the bed with the auto pump... it was very quite. Excellent purchase?! thrilled and highly recommend this as an extra bed to keep around.
