Assembly Required
Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight and maintain at least two feet between furniture and heat sources. Aniline and Protected leathers are especially sensitive to direct sunlight. Use a professional cleaner to help resist staining and prevent overall soiling.

Two professional furniture movers will deliver the furniture directly to the room of your choice (including carrying it up two flights of stairs), set it up where you choose, and remove the packaging materials. Please Note: Our White Glove service only includes 15 minutes of assembly, with no use of tools. Good Looks, Mediocre Quality
First, the good: This sofa is gorgeous. As soon as people come into my apartment, they comment on how nice this leather sofa looks. It has exemplary features. It has three positions (upright, reclined, and flat) that are easy to quickly switch between. The addition of a hidden, retractable fifth leg (for the flat position) makes the sofa sturdier. The shipping company used was excellent. The delivery guys brought the couch into my apartment (on the second floor), unpacked it and set it up in minutes. They were polite and professional, and went way beyond what I was expecting from such cheap shipping. The size is perfect for a small apartment. Now, the bad: This sofa QUICKLY loses its firmness, resulting in a very uncomfortable seat. After about a week, whatever position you are on the sofa quickly begins to sink in, resulting in you sitting with bad posture and constantly having to adjust your position, to find a spot that's somewhat passable. (As a point of reference: I'm a male, 150lbs - so no, I'm not straining the sofa) For a couch, or any piece of seating, really, comfort should be the highest priority. In this, the Allie Bi-Cast Leather Sofa fails extraordinarily, and becomes a product I cannot recommend to anyone.

Really Enjoy
I am really pleased with this purchase. It is a comfortable sofa and looks pricey. The back is not so great looking so I would only suggest purchasing if you are placing it against a wall. As a sleeper it is more comfortable than I thought. I did follow one suggestions of putting a mattress topper on it and it was perfect. I did note it tips over as a sleeper and put some phone books under the one side to stabilize it. The color is great. I would but a matching piece in a heartbeat.

Nice!
I finally got enough saved up to buy this sofa after my other futon gave up on me after 5years. This sofa/futon looks great! The seat is very firm but I know from experience that it gets a little softer with time, but not too soft that it'll loose its clean shape. I really like this sofa. I was thinking about ordering the brown one but then went for the classic dark espresso color. I love it!

Not what I expected
This chairs is suppose to have three positions, I can only get it in two. Upright and in the bed position. The cushions are not very comfortable to sitting or sleeping. This item would be perfect for an office waiting room but not in a home. I regret not buying a real sofa.

Very Comfortable
This is a Futon but a little higher and more level than most so that is why it is referred to as a sofa. Most Futons seem to slant a bit. I have shorter legs so it works well for me. It is the same length as any sofa, just shorter. The color is almost black. Only in direct sun can you see that it is an espresso; a very dark brown. It is very comfortable. Sturdy and it does the cushioning does not collapse in when you sit on it but it does give. It has very heavy stitching in the leather. Very well made.

Leather sofabed
The product looks very nice and it is very handy to have around in case you have guests staying over. However, it is not for a house that has pets because it can be easily moved and damaged. Unfortunatelly, mine was.

Will break because of a key design flaw...
It looks good,and is very stylish, but it has a major flaw. There are a series of support springs that run front to back under the cushion. They are bonded to the frame via staples. Now I know it's probably made in China, where people weigh less on average, but this is ridiculous. I bought this thing in October and have had to repair two springs that have broken free of the frame. I assume they will all give way one by one over time. Unless a modification is made to this sofa I say stay away!

Looks nice but the back looks unfinished and if it is opened and you seat on the back it falls.
