These chairs are very nice. They are sturdy and well made. The cushions are nice and thick.They were very hard to put together. My husband thought they were defective at first.When assembling you need to slide the seat cushion up the legs starting at the bottom, and then you will be just fine.Customer service worked with me, when we thought we were going to have to return, and they were awesome.Overall, I love these chairs, We purchased 6 in total, to go around a 60" table.
I purchased 8 chairs after reading the "mixed" reviews. I guess you got what you paid for. Though they look gorgeous to the naked eyes, many of the seats "pucker" around the back supports as you tighten the screws. Terrible assembly instructions. It was not easy to attach the seats to back supports (regardless of suggestions from other buyers), and as careful as we were, we scratched a few. Average workmanship. Once assembled, it took patience and ingenuity to keep the chairs level so if you're not used to assembling furniture, I suggest you stay away.

Good price for a very good product. Instructions for assembly could be a bit more precise. FInished products look wonderful. I will definitely recommend this products to anybody.

When the chair back is assembled there is a gap between the back leg and the framework of the chair that does not fit properly and you can see the jagged edge of the upholstery on one side, the upholstery is not stapled correctly to prevent this and the leg does not fit as it should so there is a big gap between the framework of the chair back and the chair seat.
