I purchased 2-chairs for our deck we live in South Florida and the look great and are very comfy as well - As soon as our neighbors seen them they asked where purchased so I have recommened them to Overstock as well, I hope to purchase a couple more within the next few weeks.

I recently purchased two of the chairs. Here are the positives for these chairs and my experience: no problems with assembly (although the illustrations could be better) - patience is the key; my assembly time ran less than an hour per chair, all parts were well-packaged and complete, the finished product was sturdy and sat level, and the initial apperance (ordered lime-green and blue) is great. In addition, we had a light rain and the rain drops stayed on the surface (no absorption by the wood or discoloration) so the quality of the paint is initially good. All that being said, I agree with the comments that durability is a concern. The wood is not as solid and the chairs are narrower than the Andirondacks that we presently own. These chairs also sit lower to the ground (they would really be better as beach chairs). Some people may find getting in and out of the chairs a little challanging and uncomfortable. We'll also have to see how they fare in the salt air. Bottom line - average to average plus value.

I got 4 of these chairs, a pink one, green one, yellow one and white one. My husband put them together in a snap. They shipped in about two day!!! I could not believe it when they showed up. For the price they are wonderful!!!

I bought four chairs. Only one came out of the box as they should. One of the boards on a chair fell off. On another a board was split and I had to glue it together. On another many of the pre installed screws were loose. I bought chairs from another company for about the same price and the quality is not even close. I would not reccomend these chairs.

Even though the chairs look good - they are not durable at all. The chairs are actually hollow and not sturdy. The screws did not line up and it was a very difficult time to put together. I would not reccommend!

I ordered three of these in different colors. The chairs are not bad. The instructions I received contained incorrect information, having two of the core pieces depicted BACKWARDS. One chair had the predrilled installation holes in the wrong place. Plus, one set had insufficient screws to assemble. The chairs have a nice appearance and are relatively of good quality, but don't appear to have long term durability..

I received two of these chairs as a gift in blue. My 16 year old son put them together with no problem. The color is great. I was pleasantly surprised to see they gave us touch up paint in case we need it. (Along with easy to read directions and more than enough screws) They are out on our exposed deck. Time will tell how well they hold up, but they are great right now with a glass of wine and a good book! Enjoy

I purchased 5 chairs and love them. Customer service was GREAT. I had trouble with the construction instructions and realized that you must attached the arms to the front legs BEFORE attaching the leg/w cross bar to the seat of the chair and you MUST NOT completely tighten any of the screws until the end. If you do that the chair goes together perfectly. If you follow the included instructions the holes don't seem to match up. After I finished my 5th chair I took apart the first one and redid it once I perfected the technique. Now I have great chairs that my family and I love sitting in while enjoy a great summer night.

ordered 2 chairs online and they arrived 3 days later......took about an hour to assemble both.......instructions were fairly easy to understand.......the chairs feel solid and well constructed.......they sit flat on the floor with no wobble........they are being used outdoors beside a swimming pool and time will tell how they will hold up.with wet swimsuits sitting on them........also have several 250 pound (plus) relatives to test them out too !!!!!

These chairs are very pretty if you can put them together. Ours were next to impossible as the different pieces didn't add up. They are done & are pretty but be prepared to spend an enormous amount of time assembling them.

Caution: The red chairs are not a true red. They are a subdued hot pink. They did not put the wrong colored chairs in my order but the die cast on the paint is not a true red.One box came without screws and instructions; however, the customer service was very helpful in making sure I got the parts right away.One of the stabilizer bars was cracked and therefore, I will have to use some gorilla glue to prevent it from cracking further.

For the price this was a great chair purchase. A little tricky to assemble but what isnt nowaday. I do not know much about it's durability as I just assembled it yesterday. The only concern was that the screws do not come with backing so you can see the many silver screws that are used throughout the chair's construction. Nothing a little black paint can't fix...which luckily the chair comes with. Chair is super comfortable and smelled terrific. Hope it is weather-resistant.

These Adirondack chairs look great on our back deck. My husband assembled them and I didn't hear any complaints, so they must have been relatively easy to put together. We received them quickly- only a few days after ordering. For the price, compared to other companies that sell a similar product, these are truly worth it and we are thinking about ordering a few more.

These chairs are both comfortable and attractive. They look great on our rustic front porch but would be equally handsome in a more formal setting. I chose the white chairs though I was tempted by some of the other colors. They are great to sit in and really don't require any additonal padding or cushions since they are an old stand-by, comfortable design.

I like the chairs, they look great, but assembly was an issue. I ordered a pair. The 1st one came with extra screws, but was a bit hard to put together. The second one went together easily, but was missing a screw--don't know what I would have done if the other one didn't have an extra. Does Overstock.com check out these things???

I was very disappointed with the quality of the chair. I returned it.
