The mattress arrived stinking of mold. No matter what I did, I couldn't get rid of the odor. Finally enclosed it in a matress casing & now I can't smell it. Otherwise, the bed works well & is very comfortable.

My husband's health is ailing due to multiple health issues. Two of them require him to keep his head elevated. One requires him to keep his feet elevated. Pillows always fall out or make it difficult to alter the height as he attempts to change to a new position or hinder him as he enters or leaves the bed. A hospital bed will not fit through the small doorways and turns required to reach the room. Plus a hospital bed at home is for 'sick people who are not going to recover' as he believes. In my searches, I found this bed. The memory foam seemed ideal for long-term use and comfort. The lack of head board, foot board and side rails made it possible to move into the room, take up less space, accomodate his 6' 4" frame, and still looks nice in the room. It has met and exceeded both of our expectations. He is sleeping more comfortably than he has since this began almost two and a half years ago. I don't worry about him as much while sleeping or while getting in or out of bed. The search pricings were crazy until I discovered Overstock.com The price was affordable and sometimes half or more less than other stores. It is a great find for us in every way!

I am very pleased with this product. Although the memory faom mattress did have an odor upon arrival, a few days of airing and it was fine. It arrived in absolute perfect condition and in the fastest delivery time I could ever imagine. Assembly is as easy as pie, screw the legs in and flip the bar at end over and you are good to go. The adjustable mechanism for the bed works beautiful and the overall bed is extremely comfortable. I am so overjoyed I purchased this bed, I am sleeping so soundly and comfortable; I do not know how I did without it. I absolutely recommend others to try this bed, it is worth the money. This bed is half the price of any I have priced and it is just as wonderful as others I have tested in the stores. If you are looking for an adjustable bed this is the one. Just another tidbit, the Tommy Helfinger sheets XL fit wonderful on it; I also purchased those at a wonderful price. I would also recommend them, they have wonder colors. Happy sleeping........
