I am very pleased with this umbrella. It is very pretty and easy to use. It seems well built so far. I was expecting a more canvas like material for durability but it is still pretty sturdy- too soon to tell though. I would recommend it to my friends and it was well worth the price.

This patio umbrella was advertised as an "Adjustable 7.5 ft. Patio Umbrella" with a listed feature as being "adjustable from 5 feet to 8 feet high." The umbrella you sent me is adjustable from 88 inches to 90 inches. It came without instructions and I can"t figure out how it can be set in a way that it is 5 feet high. I want to point out that I did not buy it because it was adjustable. I am perfectly happy with it being 7.5 feet high, but I would like to know how you would set it up to be 5 feet high (and also why anyone would want an patio umbrella that was only 5 feet high.

Internet shows adjustable from 5 feet to 8 feet. I needed it for the swiming pool to fit under a low section of the pool cage less than 8 ft. It does not adjust to a lower height and barely fits under the cage ceiling. The crank is attached to two small ropes that will no doubt be the first part to go and the first challenge in threading and attaching it to the crank fishing it down the inside of the shaft. Looks good though.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find the quality of this umbrella for the price paid. Local stores wanted two to three times the price offered at Overstock.com. The metal crank mechanism is solid. The umbrella fabric looks durable and airy. It does a good job of shielding the sun without being so heavy that would hold in the heat. The color of the umbrella is neutral and goes well with my patio set . . . it is more of a beige than the off-white color pictured online. I am very, very pleased with this purchase.

A sturdy material, color was a great beige - not gray or yellow. The crank works very smooth. Appears to be very well made. I have had it in my courtyard for about a month now.

I purchaed this based on other reviews stating that this was a good umbrealla. It is OK. It looks nice but is quite flimsy and the pole has already bent in very slight wind. It will hold up through the summer, probablly. It is a good size, but don't buy this umbrella if you are looking for sturdy long lasting umbrella.

We love the 2 umbrellas that we recieved from Overstock. They look great, arrived right on time. We have used them a couple of times, unfortunately the weather turned cold and rainy the day after they arrived. Our patio is in direct sun, so we can finally use our patio in comfort. The crank works great and with the low price buying 2 was less than 1 umbrella. I would definately recommend these umbrellas. A great value.

Umbrella has held up great and is the perfect size to keep everyone shaded. We have had pretty strong winds and it has stayed in tact so far!!!

Excellent purchase at a very reasonable price. Well constructed. We find that the best feature of this umbrella is that the fabric can be easy removed and can be washed, dried (in your home washer and dryer) and reinstalled. Fabric is in two sections. One small one at the top which allows hot air to escape.

This umbrella teams up very well with the heavy duty stand we also bought at Overstock. The umbrella is strong and has withstood windy days on our terrace. We are quite happy about these two purchases at Overstock.com.

The color is definitely more beige than natural, but that was what we wanted. It is not as sturdy as some others I have seen, but so far it looks pretty good. Like others I am a little concerned with the opening and closing mechanism, but we will see how it holds up. Overall I think this is a good value for the price.

I just received this umbrella today and it was easy to put together and light weight which concerns me about durability. The color is also quite different than the photo. I was expecting something on the light yellow side however this is tan or kakhi. It's a bit more neutral than I would have liked. I guess only time will tell on how durable this umbrella really is, but for the price it seems like a good deal.

This seemed like a decent deal. The umbrella color was perfect with my patio set, although I had some concerns that the pole was a bit flimsy--turns out the pole was fine, but after one season of use, the tilting mechanism broke.

Lovely product. Beautiful construction. The umbrella fabric is exceptionally attractive and appears quite sturdy. I have only recently purchased the umbrella, so I am not able to rate it for durability, except to note that the metal pole, coated in black, is not only good looking but seems to be very strong and weather resistant. The umbrella is not as heavy as I had expected, which is an advantage. The fact that the umbrella can be tilted is also a big plus.

Nothing flashy, but does the job. I have a bar hieght table and the adjustability of hieght made this perfect for me. With the Savannah stand, I haven't had any problems in the desert winds in Tucson.

This umbrella was a disappointment. Although it was inexpensive, I expected more. The first time I opened it, it broke. It has a strange design where one rope leads up to an internal pulley and attaches with a tied knot onto another rope. The tied portion came undone and I spent the next 45 minutes taking apart the contraption, retying it and putting it back together. It is nice-looking, but I don't like the mechanism to raise it. Also, I would recommend a larger diameter, it is a little skimpy over our table.

I bought this umbrealla last year. I have not taken it down since then. I left it up (in the closed position) through a big wind and rain storm. Many homes in our town had down fences and uprooted trees. But this umbrella stood tall through the storm. I am thinking of getting another one.

Overall what I expected and looks nice. The "natural color" is a darker beige than the lighter muslin type color I expected for natural. One should be aware that the tilting feature has only one position.

The umbrella arrived with a cracked cap on top. Made of plastic!
