First, the facts...the coils are not "adjustable" and the foam on top is not 1inch thick. However, for the money, it's not bad. We put a 3 inch "memory foam" topper on it and it's more comfortable than the $1,800 pillow top mattress set I bought earlier this year that didn't work out. Be aware, though, that it seems firm and supportive at first, but then after a few weeks it'll feel a little like sleeping in a bowl, like every other mattress I've tried, just not as bad. We just turned ours to see if that will help (and it didn't.) STILL, it IS better than the regular mattress set we had. It is also very low, so you either need a platform bed or a regular-height box spring to put it on. Overall, I'm pleased with it...and it's cool how it comes as 3 mini-mattresses that you stuff into a casing to make a regular sized mattress.

This product is simply awesome. I got the same couple of days back and its really worth.

It came in box that was around 2" square by 4" tall that weighed about 80lbs. It came as 4 pieces which make it very easy to get up stairs. 3 small spring mattresses and a foam top cover which were highly compressed. make sure you have plenty of room when you unroll the pieces and let them expand. You flip the cover over unzip the zipper put a mattress on the right and left side of the cover. The hardest part is finding a way to fit the 3rd mattress in the cover. After the mattress are in the cover zip up the zipper, flip it over and you have a fullsize king mattress.

I purchased the mattress for a spare room along with a folding platform frame. When I told the guest how much I paid, they were in awe. The mattress needs to be put together. It come in 3 sections which can be moved around to accommodate wear but it is amazingly comfortable. I purchased an additional 2" foam topper knowing the 1" on the mattress would reveal the coils quickly. In short, easy to put together and worth every penney.

Yes, it's a king size mattress, and yes, it arrives in a box about the size of an ottoman. Somehow, the clever people at Adjust-A-Coil have found a way to compress three full-length sections of mattress coils into a compact cinnamon-roll-like shape inside this seemingly tiny (although incredibly heavy) box. You snip a few pieces of tape and packing material, and poof! They spring out at you (I advise standing back for safety). It's true, some assembly is required, but I managed it by myself in about 20 minutes with a great deal of shoving, tugging, and ultimately bouncing on my knees to get that last piece inside. Luckily, we bought a very comfy memory foam topper to cover the mattress itself, but hey, both these items together totaled around $****. You're not going to find a mattress anywhere near as comfortable as the one we currently sleep on for less than $400. Believe me, I've tried. So get this, put it together, add a topper for another hundred bucks or so, stand back and look at the whole thing and ask yourself: how DID they get all that into a couple of cardboard boxes and ship it all to my house? Wonders of the modern world indeed.

I needed a cheap mattress for the spare bedroom. I already had a king boxspring and two twin mattresses but my boxspring was longer than the twin mattresses. So this was a great solution and feels pretty comfortable (I haven't actually slept on it yet). It came quick and was easy to put together.

Very comfortable mattress. I assembled it by myself in about half an hour. I had to add a mattress pad because you can feel the springs through the foam top. Order an inexpensive mattress pad to go with it. Not squeaky and doesn't move and shift like a cheap mattress. Over all, great quality for the price and easy to move through the house and up the stairs.

Arrived in 6 days, Cal. to Ohio. Bought this with the purpose of converting 2 twin beds into one king bed. Easy to unpack and put together, took approx. 30 min. Basically, you lay mattress cover on beds and stuff with 3 equal size coil matresses, very easy. I can see where you can adjust for sagging later just by unzipping cover and changing the order or flipping the 3 enclosed coiled mattresses, very smart. Bed-in-a-bag purchased with this mattress fit perfectly. when mattress is placed over existing twin beds. The comfort is perfect for me, neither hard nor soft, feels like one large mattress. Very happy with this purchase.
