It is not and we dont carry it from what I could find. There is a peach colored desk that has the hutch included. Item 14344489

What type of assembly is required?

I spoke with our parts department and they advise me that this unit requires minimum assembly. If there is any assembly required it would be to attach the legs below the drawers. The rest of the unit should come pre assembled.

does the desk come with the corkboard top that is in the picture?
