I usually wake up with morning aches in my shoulders and neck. I was using a memory foam pillow, but seems to work better for me. My aches aren't completely gone and the pillow is definitely on the firm side; however, this is a great price for this pillow and my achy-ness has definitely been reduced. I'd recommend it.
This piillow took a couple of nights to get used to as it is quite hard, but I have noticed a substantial difference in my sleep pattern. I wake up far less as the pillow allows me to breath much easier and my wife tells me it all but eliminated my snoring. I also have noticed far less neck and shoulder pain. It supports my neck while sleeping on my back and takes pressure off my shoulders when sleeping on my side. I would recommend this product to anyone with sleeping problems. While it might not be for everyone, at this price, it is worth a shot.
I wasn't sure I was going to like this pillow because I am a stomach sleeper. But my neck and back was giving me so much pain I decided to try it. I sleep mostly on my side now, and my neck and back was better in two days! I have recommended it to several people because I really have seen a difference in how well I sleep and feel.
I believe that the pillow would be helpful for certain people and I understand the concept. However, it did not work for me to relieve my shoulder pain. It is a bit uncomfortable if you move around a lot when you sleep. I am constantly moving my pillow around and this one must stay in the "right" position to be effective. It's a well made pillow but just didn't fit my needs.
I was wandering through the bed and bath stuff, and I saw this pillow. I bought this pillow for my daughter, who has a lot of headaches and neck pain. She loves it and has used it every day since she got it. She had bought pillows similar to this one before and hoped that this pillow would at least make things no worse. She really likes it.
