It was difficult to put together because the instructions were not clear. The bolts were to short and would pop off. We purchased longer bolts and have not had problems since.

Greatest invention for a physically challenged back. Well constructed and easy to maneuver. The grandkids think it is so cool we can even get them to do the work for us! We have used it to move piles of dirt and leaves-better than shoveling by a long shot. Hats off to the guy that came up with this idea.

Very poor assembly directions. Seems sturdy enough for those slushy heavy snows.

I would recommend this product because it is very easy to use, but, my advise is to make sure you assemble it tightly it does tend to come apart easily.

The unit is hard to put together due to no written instructions, only an exploded photo listing part numbers. Two of the screw heads were filled in with excess metal and thus did not have a place to put the screw driver. The black rubber handles are too large for the handles and required some tape to keep them in place. To change the angle or direction of the blade requires you to take off gloves and I recommend you do this task in doors so if you drop the cotter pin you can find it. The blade on the pusher is heavy duty and the system works well on between .5 and 4" of snow. It used to take me about and an hour to clear my drive way now it only takes about 30 minutes. The extra long handle makes it easy on the back. It takes less effort to use then an old push lawn mower. The Overstock product was $45.00 LESS than other mail order units I looked at. The few short falls of the product are minor and the unit works great for what it is. I bought one for my parents who live in Utah.
