Acadia iron bed
I love the quality of the bed. It is heavy and well made. I love the extra room at the end of the bed giving room to change the sheets and extra foot room for taller people. The instructions were poor for the average person. The manufacturer could greatly improve the instructions. If my husband wasn't already a furniture restoration specialist the instructions would be hard to follow for the average person. Delivery was quick and packaging was ok, could have been better. One end of a package broke thru and bent a side rail but my husband was able to bend it back. Always enjoy dealing with Overstock. You and your website is awesome.

Acacia Queen-size bed
The bed is beautiful. My husband had it assembled when I returned from a trip so it must have been relatively easy to put together. It makes a very outstanding statement in my room and I would imagine would do so in a small or very large room. It does stand away from the wall a bit which could be a problem in a very small room. The rich color blends in with light or dark furniture. It is strong. My husband and i slept in it ( it is in a guest room) to test it. Anyone one purchasing it I think would be pleased.

Return - Not like photo
Unfortunately I called Customer Care and requested authorization to return the bed--a big job to dismantle and repack; however the personnel were very helpful and understanding. The bed has been removed from the market in that the photo does not represent the "redesign" of the current product.

I love this bed frame.
I really love this bed. It goes very well with the "traditional" style furniture I had in the room, but doesn't look as heavy as a wooden sleigh bed. It keeps the room light and airy, if that makes sense.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Overall, the quality is good. The finish is delicate. I made the mistake of sliding the mattress over the footboard and rubbed the finish off in two tiny spots, so I would caution about that.

Acacia Queen Size Bed
Very nice bed. Went together easily. With two people would have been even easier. If you need a bed to take up minimal space, you need to add about 4 inches as the headboard curves back. Needs the additional 4 inches from the wall. When you need to move it or adjust position, lift up from the footboard so the middle legs of the frame are off the floor. You can't just push it or pull it. Looks great and have gotten compliments on its appearance.

Excellent guest room bed frame
For a queen-sized bed, it was relatively easy to assemble. Would recommend having another set of hands to make the job easier. Has a vintage look to it but is very sturdy and substantial. I would purchase this bed frame again. It really is very lovely.

Beautiful Bed
Very nice bed once we figured out the really inadequate directions and non existant labeling/marking of different pieces. Took about an hour and two people to put together. Looks much more expensive than the price. I bought it for the guest room, and everyone who stays over loves it.

the headboard needs more railings.
I love the look of the bed, but at the headboard there is a large space, so my pillow goes behind the bed. The design of the headboard curves which leaves about a five inch space from the wall.
