Good chairs. Fits shorter people well -a blessing for us. A bit overbalanced toward the front of the chair, seems like a bigger problem that it really is, just get used to it. These are the chairs we sit on first. No worries with these!

I have had this chair only 1 year and actually sat in only a handfull of times. It was kept stored in the winter and oiled in the summer but the screw in one side ripped completely out of the wood. I can't get anyone to help me.
Except for a few nicks on the feet, these chairs arrived promptly and in good condition. I especially like the safety catch that prevents the chairs from folding once they are extended. Good looking, reasonably priced and comfortable.
These chairs are OK, but they are low quality construction and poorly assembled. One of the screw was stripped and they all had to be adjusted.
The acacia wood is very nice in grain and in general tone and look. It makes the chairs obviously very well-suited for keeping on the deck. The construction itself is somewhat flimsy though. Some parts really can't be tightened with the Allen wrench provided because there isn't enough clearance to fit the wrench in. The chairs are very lightweight, so when you get up, the chair tilts forward with you (I weigh 125 lbs). Roominess isn't a strong point either, a heavy-set person won't be too comfortable. One of the chairs arrived very nicked, but it was easier to keep it than to deal with an exchange.
