This is the best waterproof mattress pad ever! My old one used to cause me to wake up in pools of sweat due to the vinyl on it. You can not even tell you have a waterproof pad on with this one. No crinkling noises, no sweat. I highly recommend it.

I bought this for my toddler's bed, to protect her mattress while working on her potty training. Not only is this THE only waterproof pad that does not have the stiff vinyl liner, it washes beautifully and is very fluffy and comfortable for her to sleep on. I did a test before using this pad and found that it held a full gallon of water without fail!!! It's a wonderful product and WELL worth the cost.

I purchased this mattress pad for my potty-training daughter, and it has worked out beautifully! Her mattress is extra-thick and this pad has no trouble fitting it. The material is very nice, and is holding up much better than the traditional vinyl-backed mattress pads, which tend to tear or melt in the dryer. It's also very soft and quiet in contrast with the vinyl pads. My daughter's pad has been washed and dryed quite frequently and is still in as great a shape as it was when I first bought it! And with all of my daughter's accidents, her mattress has never gotten wet. This is an outstanding mattress pad and a great value through Overstock. I highly recommend!

Absolutely love it, the quality is great!! Just bought a new King double pillow top bed b/c my 2 and 1 year old had accidents on my last bed and spilled their milk all over!!! ! So had to get a new bed and def needed something to protect a nice bed. we kept the original plastic on it for about a week and was very uncomfortable since it made us sweat and also made soo much noise when we moved! was concerned it wouldn't fit since the bed is really thick but it stretches fine this product is durable and spill resistant and feels great you cant even tell it has the plastic under def recommend for those who have kids with the occasional accidents and also those kids who still use the bottle or sippy cups.

I purchased three different waterproof mattress covers and returned two of them. This was exactly what I was looking for, protection without the noisy backing. Others mentioned the sides being flimsy. They were much better than the other more expensive pads I purchased from the big box stores and from a online retailer specializing in bedding. This pad is seriously high quality, so quiet. I have not tested its waterproofness yet but am hoping the other reviewers hold true. I have an older dog who sleeps on the bed. The price, I can't say enough, I was shocked at how inexpensive it was and then when I saw the quality, I was floored. I highly recommend it for a quality well-made QUIET waterproof mattress pad.

I found the waterproof mattress cover to be exactly what I wanted. When I checked the price at a retail store it was double the price.....it fit the king mattress perfectly ...and was easy to put on. I was very happy with this product and you could not beat the price!!!!

Comfotable, washes well, Works well and doesn't have any kind of plastic feel or sound. Would definetely recommend. Certainly better than any of those covers that have nylon on the bottom.

We had a 4 inch think memory foam topper over our beautiful new pillow-top mattress and then we got a puppy. Well the pup had an accident on the bed one evening and luckily it only went through the sheets, old (not waterproof) mattress pad and into the memory foam and didn't reach the new mattress. It was an expensive lesson learned but we threw away the ruined memory foam, bought a new memory foam topper (also from Overstock and also great) and this waterproof mattress pad as extra insurance that this won't happen ever again.I was worried about the comfort of a waterproof mattress pad and that it would be hot and make plastic noises when you move. Happily, I have found this to be a very nice quality pad. Looks and feels just like a regular one but it's waterproof - fantastic! The price is great too, much better than going to a bed and bath shop. I am thinking about getting another one for the guest room. I figure why not be safe than sorry and we have an expensive memory foam on that bed as well and now I know first hand you can't wash memory foam :-)

Fortunately we have not had to test if the pad is waterproof yet, but the quality is great. Does not feel like a plastic pad as other waterproof mattress pads do.

This was a first quality mattress pad. It was so soft and fit the mattress so well. It doesn't make any noise even through it is waterproof. Great value.

It is impossible to tell that this is a water-proof mattress. Most of the water-proof mattresses have a visable plastic backing, which is noisey, and disintegrates with the heat of a dryer.I have washed it several times, and it has held up very well. The pad is very loft-y and comfortable, and I would recommend it to anyone with child who is still struggling with an occasional wet night.

I have enjoyed this mattress cover so much - no sweating (as I experienced on a pad with a plastic liner). Finally - after having so much trouble getting the mattress pad to stay on, I finally ordered California King and no more problems. I just ordered a second one to have as a spare.It dries beautifully in the dryer, which the plastic lined pad did not.

I would not buy this again. The bottom waterproof layer was smaller than the quilted top, making the pad quilted top overlap on one side. It could not be stretched or readjusted to fit. The stretchy sides fabric was flimsy. I poked my finger through immediately. I wanted to protect an expensive mattress, but I am now looking for a better quality pad with a better fit to replace this one which was a waste of money.

I wanted a waterproof mattress pad that no one would wake up in a pool of sweat. I bought this based upon the reviews and price and I am extremely satisfied. Another plus is the pad offers some additional padding to the bed. It is very comfortable to sleep on and it doesn't make an ounce of noise. You would never know this is a waterproof pad. I was hoping to find a cover that was waterproof (dogs on the bed), comfortable and didn't make funny noises when you get into bed because of the plastic liner. The minute I opened the packaging I knew this was the one I'd been looking for. Instead of all those other crummy, waterproof covers this one has a thick quilted top like a pillowtop and a smooth bottom liner (no crinkling) It fit the bed end to end and side to side and plenty deep enough too! I have a huge pillowtop mattress plus a 3" memory foam topper and this cover would've fit something even better. The best part of this whole experience....I could put the cover on, on the first try!! When you're 5'2" and live alone there is nothing worse than trying to stretch a mattress cover over a king size bed! Anyone who has experienced this knows what I'm talking about. Don't wait, just buy this one it is the best!

My husband and I were putting this mattress pad on my father's bed for the very first time and he put his hand through the side fabric. I had to sew it back together while my infirmed father was waiting to return to his bed. I have 2 other waterproof mattress pads that have never done this as they are made of much sturdier fabric and they cost about 20.00 more. This is not the best of quality and I will not buy another.
