Loved the white glove delivery that came with the bed. Didn't have to lift a finger! They even called to schedule the delivery date and time with me. Great product, as shown, would order again!

I love how easy the bed was to put together. the slats support without using a boxspring. I also did purchase a new Euro QUeen Top mattress. I have several compliments on the bed. and I can't believe I paid less than $$$ for the bed.

Even though I have no issues with the actual bed, my experience with this product was very poor. I was contacted by the delivery company to inquire as to when the best time for delivery was. I informed the representative that there would be a person available to sign for the product on that Friday after 3pm. I was told that the delivery would be made between 3pm and 7pm (a 4-hour window) which was to be expected. The Friday of expected delivery I received a phone call sometime around 2pm stating that the delivery will be made within the next 10 minutes. I informed the driver that there was no one there to accept delivery and asked if they could come back at 3 or afterwards. I was informed by the driver that was not possible so I asked if she could leave it at the front door instead. I was told no. I contacted the delivery company to inform them of what occurred and was told that though the person I spoke with had indicated on the paperwork, he put the incorrect information into the system. He apologized and asked if the delivery could be made on Saturday instead. I said that was fine and he gave me a time of 12pm. Well the delivery was not made at the time I was promised and instead of receiving a phone call from the delivery company I had to reach out to them instead. After several interactions and phone call attempts I was finally informed that the driver was unable to find my address and proceeded to make deliveries elsewhere and that they would have to reschedule the delivery for another date. After I gave them a hard time about this I was told that the delivery could be made that day but it would be late. I told them fine. The delivery was finally made sometime after 9pm. Upon opening the box, I found that the legs and screws "hardware" were missing. I contacted Overstock and had to go through my spiel of what occurred. The agent apologized and said that I would receive an e-mail back within 2 business days regarding the lack of hardware. Late on the 2nd business day, I had to call Overstock again since I had not received any correspondence. Once again, I had to inform them to what has occurred thus far. Again, another agent apologized for what occurred and informed me that we would get compensated for the issues that we had. I was able to speak to someone who told me that they had put in 2 calls to the company that this bed came from to no avail. I finally received an e-mail stating that the hardware was being shipped with a tracking number. When the shipment came, I received the legs but no screws. Once again I contacted Overstock. Once again I went through my story. Once again someone else apologized. Of course, afer this I inquired regarding about the compenstation and was told that someone was working on this. To this date we still have not received any compensation for the inconvenience. I placed the order for the bed on 12/29/2012 and finally received all the pieces on 2/12/2013.
