  • Impressed!

    Like others, I was concerned about purchasing such a big ticket item (or 3) without ever seeing or sitting on the furniture, but with the great price and description of the quality, and yes, by reading all the other reviews, we went for it and are not disappointed! The furniture itself is beautiful, soft leather, while the cushions are not too soft and have a rich firm, but not too firm feel. The chair has actually become a favorite of the household when we didn't even think we needed it and were simply looking for a sofa/loveseat combo. I was also concerned that the leather would feel too "cold" or sticky...but it seems to be quality leather and quickly warms and softens as you sit (or lounge like in our household!). We have young kids, so I was worried about the wear and tear, but now I think it will really hold up. Also, I was concerned that such a big sofa wouldn't fit through our narrow entryway, but the furniture comes in pieces and the backs are simply attached on arrival so they'd fit anywhere! (Now, how to take them apart if we move...I have no clue!) The seam defect that arrived split slighly in the corner of the arm was handled quickly by the customer service at Overstock and we are awaiting a visit from a "couch medic" to fix it this week. All in all, an excellent experience ordering from Overstock.com and we LOVE our new leather furniture!

  • Great, excellent, stupendous

    I actually purchased this set as a gift for my aunt and she is completely flawed by the quality, comfort and beauty of this set. She said that it exceeded her expectations and loves the feel. Once you purchase fine crafted leather it is hard to go back to anything else. Great product.
