Does this mattress contain polyurethane?

Hello mkehrein, Yes, it contains polyurethane (see photo gallery – different material layers). Also note that it has a 3 inch layer of Palm Visco. This is another term for natural memory foam, to be more breathable & with less odor. Others trap in body heat resulting in discomfort and chemical odors.
