Looks great, weak antenna
I bought this radio specifically to replace a simple grey weather radio which when I turned it on, it very clearly and loudly told me weather conditions for wherever I was. It was small enough to fit in my pocket, and I also used it when I traveled on long road trips. I purchased this one instead of the "colorful" yellow, red, and black plastic ones out there. It looks great compared to those. I'm sure this could be a decent weather radio if the antenna actually worked. I can listen to AM/FM radio (which I don't even really need for my purposes), but I don't get a strong enough signal for the weather. I can barely hear the announcement at top volume. Pretty weak. I give 1 star for weather part of the radio.
