    After breaking my back and having a hip replacement I was no longer comfortable with a Sofia I am 5'3 and needed a chair that sat firm and fit me but was comfortable after all the research my husband and I settled on this chair he is 6' 350 lbs and can also fit this chair it's a little small but he is still comfortable and I love it fits me perfect ♡

    I bought this chair for my husband's birthday to replace his "Archie Bunker" chair. This is a gorgeous, leather recliner. My husband loves it and it doesn't take up a lot of space in the room. The only issue I had was with the delivery company who misplaced it and didn't deliver it on the day promised.

    The chair I purchased 3 years ago Abbyson leather tufted back NO nail head recliner is shot. Springs are broken and the merlot leather is completely discolored in a year and a few months. I would never purchase a product made by Abbysson or from Overstock again!

  • DON'T BUY THIS CHAIR!

    Don't buy this chair unless it is for a child or very short person. I made the mistake in thinking that the manufacturer could measure or read a tape measure. The height of the back of this chair is 36" not the 41" stated. Your head can't touch the back of the chair unless you are a child. The leather is thin and not quality and appears to be bonded not high grade leather as advertised. I wouldn't buy so much as an ottoman from Abbyson Living as they are deliberately deceptive in advertising and obviously can't give accurate descriptions. I've seen better in low end discount stores. Not a comfortable chair in the back either as it bows out at a strange place in your back. The seat is comfortable, though. Also, Overstock makes you wait while a warehouse worker checks to make sure the measurements are accurate before they decide to whether or not to charge you to send it back. I sent pictures showing it isn't. Please don't waste the money, it's a poor buy at the sale price. It also only comes in one box so you have to hope the freight company doesn't do anything to make the metal pieces puncture the leather.

    I recently moved into my new home from a much smaller place... This chair has been through 3 moves and storage. I couldn't be more pleased, I was a bit shocked when I came across my chair here on overstock and the reviews were bad. This was the perfect fit in all areas of my home, and other homes I lived in.     Received delivery of my recliners today. Beautifully made, comfortable, classic. I'm very happy with them. They are a bit smaller than I thought but look even nicer in my room than the large recliners I had in the space formerly. The chair sits closer to the wall while fully reclined than my old chairs too. I'm very pleased with the quality and the classic styling, I especially like the brass button accents, nicely done! Additionally the delivery company did a sterling job. Prompt, curtious, and neat, truly white glove delivery service.

    A hole in the side of the chair out of package, had not noticed damage at delivery. Overstock was amazing in regards to return/replacement, the delay in having my chair was not a good thing, since it took several weeks to get the damaged one.

  • 1.) Is there a ridge of piping at the front of the cushion or is it a flat seam? (I don't want to feel a ridge.) 2) Can you push back and have several levels of reclining: to partly recline to watch TV or fully recline? 3) Is the ability to recline dependent upon your weight?
