This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
Due to the nature of Memory Foam the firmness level of every item is unique. Please be advised that even similar products may produce different firmness results

after reading the reviews, we decided to order this mattress along with a 3inch memory foam topper. the mattress itself is indeed fairly firm, but with the topper it is fantastic!!!! this is our first memory foam mattress, and after trying them in the retail stores, wanted one so badly but couldn't afford one. thank goodness for overstock.com! the mattress and topper together is still hundreds of dollars less than the retail mattresses, and every bit as comfortable. love it! will always buy memory foam mattresses, and always from overstock!
Using this mattress, we now have perfect comfort from head to toe. Admittedly, we added another four inches of memory foam to the mattress but only to avoid the necessity of finding storage space for it. We both tried the mattress with out the additional topper and were more than satisfied. We recommend this product to everyone. At the prices available from Overstock.com, we plan to replace all of our other mattresses with memory foam so our houseguests can sleep in comfort too.
