This rug was too thin and showed dirt really quickly- i have two indoor Boxers and their short hair was all over the black trim. Would probably be ok for people without pets. It was also very thin and not too comfortable on the feet. Giving it to my son for his new home!

We were looking for a large area rug for a few weeks. Saw this one, read the reviews on overstock and loved the color and design! We decide to order it and the carpet arrived in about a week. Nice size, great quality, indoor/outdoor, and great style. We have had this carpet for 3 weeks and we really love it. Thanks overstock!

The colors are exact and I love the bold red and geometric pattern. I was looking for a sturdy, stylish rug. I feel like it will hold up with my two young kids, but it looks great in my living room. It's not a cozy, soft rug, but it'll be in our living room, so that's not a priority for me.

Some synthetic rugs are scratchy and uncomfortable to bare feet but this one has a surprisingly soft feel - especially when you pair it with a plush rug pad. With pets, I needed something I could take outside and hose off but also wanted something that looked attractive. This one fit that bill really well and doesn't look like an outdoor rug that I brought inside. The blue is a dark royal blue, not quite a navy and the lattice pattern is a straw color. I'd recommend vacuuming without the beater brush since that seems to be too harsh for the fibers, especially the edges. Overall, great rug for the price.

We were living overseas for a few years, and had no carpet on the floor. The furnished apartment had red and black furniture. This rug was great, and blended well with the decor. It is probably better suited for an outdoor rug, but worked for our purposes.

We had been searching for the PERFECT rug for our lanai. We spend a lot of time on it, so it needed to be durable, but we didn't want something all dark because the furniture that sits on it is dark. This rug is just PERFECT! It has a great design, and feels great under my bear feet. I was worried that I wouldn't like the pattern, but it is great. My only regret is that I waited so long to finally make the purchase. Then the shipping time was very quick. We are so happy.

It is beautiful. I bought it to use outside but it is pretty enough to have inside. Seems to be very good quality and the colors are vibrant.

Love this rug. I was torn between this blue color and the navy but by reading the other reviews i decided to go with the lighter blue pictured. THIS RUG IS DARKER THAN WHAT IS SHOWN and other reviews would agree. However that is exactly what i was looking for as i was afraid the navy would be too dark. Would recommend a padding for underneath. Overall very pleased with my purchase and you cannot beat the price for a rug this size!

We're using these little rugs as a layer above carpeting by our bed. They are perfect and add just the right amount of color to the floor to coordinate with our bedding and valances. I really like them and the color and styling is perfect with our decor. I didn't give them 5 stars because the edge of the stitching was a little off. It is not noticeable on our carpeting.

Bought this to go along with the matching runner. nice little rug, though the color is closer to a navy than a light blue.

This rug is navy blue and aqua- not light blue. Beautiful if that is what you want. I have to return it.

Great rug, especially at this price. Using it as an entryway rug.

great durable rug for high traffic areas. Is an indoor outdoor so may need a pad if you desire, but i did not need one to place over hard wood floors. Color is black and beige as shown. Love the print and you cannot beat the value!

This is a truly a usable floor rug, which can be placed indoors or outdoors. Some time ago I had obtained similarly categorized floor coverings. They were of polypropylene but very coarse weave and harsh underfoot. From my experience with those rugs I know that the polypropylene is stain resistant, easy to clean and extremely durable. A good choice for a heavy traffic area and potentially messy small children and adults. This Safaviah rug is made of the same polypro fiber but is of a finer weave and a much softer material. As it is hard to gauge from a photo, the weave is the equivalent of 8 knots per inch. It feels pleasantly soft under bare feet., as comfortable as the worn cotton rag rug it is replacing. The navy yarn is slightly variegated, shading to a lighter blue. This gives the impression of a natural hand dyed fiber. The beige is a solid tone and contrasts well. Altogether this is quite suitable for indoor or outdoor use. It is quite handsome. Purchased from Overstock it's a good value, as well.

I purchased this rug for a formal dining room. I know.........an indoor/outdoor rug for a formal dining room? It is just what the room needed to bring it from predictable to fantastic! I've received SO MANY compliments on it already. It is actually quite soft for an outdoor rug, and feels wonderful on bare feet. The trellis design is "current", yet classic enough to go with my formal furnishings. The blue is more royal than a navy, but a very rich, classy blue. Another online retailer was selling this same rug for double the price. Way to go Overstock!!!!!

I absolutely love this rug. The color is more royal blue than dark navy as it appears in the photo but it works well in our dining room. It is easy to vacuum or spot clean which is important for me with four young children in the home. It is a flat rug which makes it easy to wheel our high chair up to the dining table with ease and nobody trips on it. We have had it for a couple of months and the corners have yet to roll up. I would take a chance on this rug if you are looking for a statement piece to spruce up your living space.

I bought 3 of these rugs in this pattern. One large square rug, this almost 3x5 and an almost 8 foot found rug. I bought these for my patio. The pattern is pretty, but the shade of blue is different on each rug. One is navy. That's the first one I bought and loved, and the reason I bought 2 more to use. The round rug is a lighter blue, the 3x5 rug that arrived today is closer to a light blue like the round rug. I thought they would all be close to the navy blue that I ordered. Also the seams are off. You can see at the end of the rug, where the seamed the edge under, they did it too soon. The pattern doesn't extend on the seam, but instead the beige underside of the rug starts and is crooked. If I had known about the noticeable color differences among these rugs seemingly in the same color and pattern, I wouldn't have purchased them. It's not worth it to pay to ship them back.

Rug looks a little "rougher" in person as far as the weave goes. If you are looking for a "perfect" sort of rug, don't get this one. It has a lot of character (imperfections) in the weave. I was going to put it in one of our downstairs rooms (playroom or living room) but after getting it, I decided to throw it over the existing (old, flat) wall to wall carpet in my boys' room. We are going to do a navy/orange theme, which I think will work nicely. Hoping the kids don't pick at it...it's the kind of rug a kid or pet could probably ruin pretty easily if they put their mind to it since there is a lot to pick at. It has been shedding a lot of threads and fibers too, but I haven't vacuumed it yet, so hopefully that will help. I probably wouldn't buy it again for what I was looking for, but it was a good price for a huge rug that added some color to a bedroom, and I really appreciate the fact that it's natural materials and no glued on backing that can break down over time. Regarding the back, it's basically reversible, except if you look really close, the ends are sewn under, so I guess there is officially a right side up...but most people wouldn't notice. If putting on hard flooring, will need a non-slip pad. Works fine with no pad on our thin wall to wall carpet. I think the description mentioned there was red in the rug...but not really. It's all orange with bits of tan.

This rug is gorgeous. I am using it in my family room and it's soft to walk on, rich in color and the value was amazing. It's also very easy to clean and with a family of small children, that was essential for me.

I bought this rug as an experiment, having never seen an indoor/outdoor rug before, and I love it (thus the 5 stars). However, it was a bit different than I was expecting, which may be due to my general ignorance about rugs. Differences: - The color is different from online. It is much darker than the picture -- more of a faded navy color than blue/grey. Also the beige is a darker beige than pictured. It is very colorful and high contrast. It is not a neutral rug -- your eye is definitely drawn to it when you walk into the room. - When I read "pile" I was expecting something similar to a plush rug, but maybe shorter pile. Instead it is... not woven... but picture something more like embroidery or cross-stitch (I am sure there is an actual name for this type of weave, but I don't know what it is). This might be a normal feature of indoor/outdoor rugs. Not what I was expecting, but not bad either. Pros: - I do love the richer color. The darker blue adds some masculinity to the room that my husband likes. - It looks like it will be very easy to vacuum. I can pick lint and small scraps of paper (we had a shredder debacle) off it with my fingers as if it were hardwoods. - It lay flat right away. - No noticeable smell. - My cats have scratched on it and it has held up so far (we've only had it three days), but we'll see how it does over time. Cons: - It is a little scratchy against bare feet. Not uncomfortable, but not a rug that makes you want to lie down and roll around on it either. Closer to seagrass or jute than a plush rug. - You can definitely tell it is made of man-made fibers, and not natural fibers, when you walk on it with bare feet or examine it closely.
An outdoor rug can keep your porch clean, add color to a dull deck, and unify a patio dining area. But first, you'll need to find the perfect one. These tips will help you find the outdoor rugs that will work best for your home, so you can get outside and enjoy your backyard.
