So I was nervous about ordering a big black outdoor rug, just because I feel like I usually go for the safe beige. But my outdoor furniture has a dark muted black metal with a stone top table and I was looking for something different. After it came and put it down........I love it!!!! It's so contemporary and adds a warm cozy-ness to my big deck. So don't be nervous take a chance!!!! Look rich too! I get lots of compliments on it.

I saw this rug in a furniture store at a much higher price, so I was pleased to buy it at a nice discount from Overstock. I like the colors and contemporary look with my simple black and white furniture in a gray room. One negative....the pile height is different on the center of the squares and higher on the edges. This makes it hard to vacuum and hard on my vacuum cleaner. Other than that, I really like it, my dog likes it, and it makes a nice presentation.

I would highly recommend this rug to anyone. It is a nice thick wool rug with some shedding which is normal for wool rugs. I love the colors of the rug, it blends well with my sage green walls and looks fabulous under the formal dining table. The room has a very artistic and whimsical feel with the contemporary pattern. The shipping was prompt-about 3 days. Nothing negative to say regarding this purchase.

The description says .625 in. thick, its not. Its as thin as an indoor/outdoor carpet. The field color is dark beige, not ivory or cream. This rug should be in a cabin or beach house, NOT a traditional dining room. If you're looking for a more formal rug, do NOT order this one, you'll be greatly disappointed. This rug is meant for an extremely casual lake house/cabin type environment. Website does not accurately describe this rug, very misleading. BEWARE!! I am returning this rug.

I love this Moroccan Trellis Rug. I am using it under my dining room table and chairs and it is absolutely perfect. I does not have the look of an outdoor rug at all and could easily be thought of as an indoor rug. I really like the way the white trellis design contrasts against the blue background and the geometric shape of the white design calls to mind a lovely outdoor trellis. I am very happy with this purchase.

This rug is even better in person. When it's unrolled it looks less geometric than in the small picture on the computer screen (which was a bonus for me). While technically the proportions of color to off-white background on the picture look correct, when it's laid out it feels like an off-white rug with color on it. (Rather than flowers with some off-white between them as it looks in the picture. This was also a bonus for me!) It's the perfect combo of contemporary/cottage that I have been looking for. With two big dogs and two small kids we go through a lot of area rugs. This is by far my favorite that we've had! It looks and feels much more expensive than it actually was. I love it!

The colors are exact and I love the bold red and geometric pattern. I was looking for a sturdy, stylish rug. I feel like it will hold up with my two young kids, but it looks great in my living room. It's not a cozy, soft rug, but it'll be in our living room, so that's not a priority for me.

Even though the taupe/cream colors in this rug are neutral, the visual interest and texture says "Pizzazz!" Our home is contemporary, and we chose this rug to be the focal point of our 3-season porch. It is a well-made wool area rug, with a well-defined geometric pattern. There was a hint of odor from the rug initially, but with a couple days of fresh air running through the room, the odor has diminished. This wool rug is suitable for any room, and the neutral tone will not limit color selection for furnishings. The rug is heavy, and covers a tile floor. The cushioned pile is pleasant on bare feet. There is a combination of upholstered furniture and woven furniture anchoring the rug, and we find no need for a rug pad. VERY PLEASED with this selection, and recommend it to anyone who wants a rug that makes a statement in the room they are furnishing. We have 2 adult cockers who also enjoy the rug, although I would not recommend that young, not-house-trained pets be allowed on the rug. Due to the texture of the rug, clean-up would not be pleasant.

I had been looking for an inexpensive rug for our familyroom for some time. The rug arrived quickly and I was very pleased with the color, the quality and the size. I wanted something that wasn't traditional, but also not too contemporary and this rug really works!

Substantially thick area rug with a great contemporary pattern. Really livens up the room! Works well in a room decorated with natural earthy colors. The stated size was exact.

I ordered this rug specifically because it is multi-colored and I wasn't sure what color the walls in my dining room were going to end up (we're remodeling). The colors are pretty true to the image on screen, although somewhat more muted. It's soft, the edges are well stiched, and it makes the room look really finished. The reds, blues, greens and beige tones are beautiful. I've only had it a few weeks so I can't attest to the long-term durability, but so far, so good. I would (and have) recommended this rug to family and friends, Everyone who sees it comments on how nice it looks.

This rug is a really great rug and I like it alot although I don't like it for the room I bought it! It is really soft and very durable and I bought it for the Den, but I had the blue heritage rug in there before and ended up giving it to my daughter because she loved it. This rug will go better in my computer room or even my bedroom but I want something a little more exotic in my Den and so I think I am going to purchase the bahkteri multi-colored rug - although I am having a hard time deciding against purchasing another heritage. In any case - the rug is great - that it doesn't go with what I intended is not the fault of the rug! :) I should say my daughter in law loves it and so it might be going with her.

I read multiple reviews and thought about this option for months. I would have loved more of the orange tones but we have used it in an area where there is significant natural light so I am OK with the predominant shades of brown. If you are familiar with wool rugs then you understand the typical shedding process. I love this rug and I am considering buying a second for the other half of our living space. We works so well in our very contemporary home!

The area rug is very stylish and contemporary. It has nice colors even though the picture shows up more gray it's has more of a blue gray color. I really liked the rug so even though the color was a little off I am still going to keep it. As for the pile of the area rug it's thick and comfortable under the feet.

We are very much enjoying this rug! It is not thick or cushy, but it's very good quality. We do not have a rug pad under it because it is anchored by several pieces of heavy furniture and it's in a sitting area; so we aren't walking back and forth on it much. One thing to note that I couldn't tell from the picture or description - this is a multi-textured rug. The damask-esque brown and beige pattern that runs vertically is a soft, plush texture and raised above the surface of the neutral brown, woven base. It still looks fantastic, and the plush portions are VERY soft. We like it; but I didn't realize from the pictures that it wasn't just a flat rug, so that surprised me. We had almost no off-gassing, nor shedding. We are having a little trouble with one corner rolling up, but folding it the opposite way and weighing it down for a couple of day seems to have solved that.

it is an inexpensive, attractive rug, that really pops, due to its size, deep red/burgundy color and intricate pattern. it is more traditional than pictured, as some of the small ivory panels show a scene with a tree and small animal (kind of like medieval tapestry). i have a contemporary sofa that i was trying to pair with a traditional rug to warm up the room; it works okay but a tad too traditional for our decor.

I bought this to provide a clear division btwn Living and Dining room. It is a beautiful pattern and the colors are great for my area. I see the orange but it is not as fully bright as in the picture. I plan to use this in my current home (southwestern lodge style) and then move it with me when I move to a more contemporary style. The pile is nice and thick and getting wool ,which is supposed to wear very well, for such a low price is a real bargain.

It took a little love when I rolled it out. I had it laying flat in an open area in my bedroom with items weighting down the edges so it would uncurl. The pattern is super nice. It is contemporary and rustic all rolled into one. I put it under my king sized bed over hardwood floors in my log home. It definitely needs a rug pad for under it to preserve your floors. I ordered the smaller one to put in front of french doors for for a little extra floor coverage. You can't beat the price and I would say it is an accurate depiction in the photos.

I purchased this rug for my childrens playroom which is located besided our family room/kitchen so I wanted the rug to be functional for the use, contemporary in style, and most inportantly comfortable to sit and play on with my small children. I have an Art Deco theme in the playroom with vivid primary colors and this rug is perfect. The pile is very thick so it is cushy and comfortable to lay on while watching TV, playing, etc. The colors are beautiful. The orange is a pumpkin hue, the green is a lime (but not too bright), the "red" is a raspberry, and the brown is a true chocolate. The color I was most worried about was the turquoise and it turned out to be a perfect match to the glider that I already have in the room covered in a turquoise houndtooth pattern. The white is very creamy. The rug makes a huge statement and really brightens up the space. The only problem I have is the shedding. There is A LOT of shedding, but I have read this is to be expected with wool rugs and to vaccuum frequently with a "flat" style vacuum (not the rotating brush kind) and the shedding will minimize over time. As an added bonus, my 3 year old boy loves the rug because he says the colored loops are a raceway for his matchbox cars! He has been zooming his cars all over the rug all day (which doesn't help with the shedding, but still great). This rug would look equally great in a dining, bedroom, or living area.

This was the perfect rug for our space. The color is just right. Our only issue we are having is that it sheds more than our four cats!
