So I was nervous about ordering a big black outdoor rug, just because I feel like I usually go for the safe beige. But my outdoor furniture has a dark muted black metal with a stone top table and I was looking for something different. After it came and put it down........I love it!!!! It's so contemporary and adds a warm cozy-ness to my big deck. So don't be nervous take a chance!!!! Look rich too! I get lots of compliments on it.

I would highly recommend this rug to anyone. It is a nice thick wool rug with some shedding which is normal for wool rugs. I love the colors of the rug, it blends well with my sage green walls and looks fabulous under the formal dining table. The room has a very artistic and whimsical feel with the contemporary pattern. The shipping was prompt-about 3 days. Nothing negative to say regarding this purchase.

The description says .625 in. thick, its not. Its as thin as an indoor/outdoor carpet. The field color is dark beige, not ivory or cream. This rug should be in a cabin or beach house, NOT a traditional dining room. If you're looking for a more formal rug, do NOT order this one, you'll be greatly disappointed. This rug is meant for an extremely casual lake house/cabin type environment. Website does not accurately describe this rug, very misleading. BEWARE!! I am returning this rug.

Overall, I am in love with this rug. My husband and I debated over it for about a week before taking the chance on it. The pictures shown are fairly accurate in terms of color, but the description does not relate well. There are no gold tones, which I am happy about (I didn't want gold tones). Looking at the pictures, I expected more of a light lime green- the green is actually more of a light, brighter olive. The blue is not pale, but more light robins egg blue, which really makes it pop. I would not describe the rug as being beige. The lighter raised sections between the swirls are more cream in color. Some swirls are also a light/medium gray. The base of the rug (beneath the raised swirls) is taupe in color, and brings a nice, contrasted texture. The circles themselves have a bit of sheen, whereas the base feels more woven. The rug is thinner than I expected, but it is fine. I guess I expected it to feel plush, but it is not. it does, however, feel sturdy and looks expensive. I was drawn to it because it is unique, you won't find a pattern like this in stores. It fits beautifully with our decor and furniture, so I am happy. We paired it with a dark brown leather modern sectional, and a gray accent chair- it looks fabulous!

I saw this rug in a furniture store at a much higher price, so I was pleased to buy it at a nice discount from Overstock. I like the colors and contemporary look with my simple black and white furniture in a gray room. One negative....the pile height is different on the center of the squares and higher on the edges. This makes it hard to vacuum and hard on my vacuum cleaner. Other than that, I really like it, my dog likes it, and it makes a nice presentation.

I love the raised pattern on this rug. It's the difference that makes a outdoor style sophisticated enough to put in my dining room while still maintaining the casual look I wanted. I have a medium dark pine tressel table with bench seating. I purchased cream bench cushions and it all goes together beautifully! The rug was so lightweight I was afarid it would look cheap. I did purchase a medium thick rug pad for it and it looks and feels like a quality rug! The weight factor is a plus in that if I need to clean it ( having 7 grandchildren and two dogs) I can eaisly take it outdoors and hose it off. I would defiantly recomend this to family and friends.

I bought one of these rugs to see how it would go in my new house. I have leather furniture and tile floors, and I plan to add plantation shutters to the windows with no window treatments. So I needed something to bring color into the room. I liked the carpet so much when I received it; so I bought the runner and another rug of the same size. I am using the runner in my foyer, one carpet in the living room, and one carpet in the dining room. They all look beautiful, and it ties the three areas together perfectly. They are not real thick, which I like, so it will not cause a tripping hazard. They don't slip and slide either--not even the runner which has no furniture to anchor it. I would recommend this carpet. The blue is more of a dark teal, and there is a tint of red in the carpet.

I love this Moroccan Trellis Rug. I am using it under my dining room table and chairs and it is absolutely perfect. I does not have the look of an outdoor rug at all and could easily be thought of as an indoor rug. I really like the way the white trellis design contrasts against the blue background and the geometric shape of the white design calls to mind a lovely outdoor trellis. I am very happy with this purchase.

I have this rug under my dining room table. With four children under 6 it has held us very well to all they can give it! I have "mopped" areas with bigger spills and it cleans well. After a meal, I just vacuum up crumbs etc. My Dyson has started to fuzz up the edges ever s slightly but that said it has really taken a beating and still looks great.

I have this Indoor/Outdoor rug in my dining room! I love the contemporary look. Great quality. I do NOT need a pad under it.

I received the rug 3 weeks ago. It brings a modern, geometric yet cultural/ethnic feeling to our dining room. The geometric pattern and simple colors are timeless and modern, while the pattern of octagons is ethnic/cultural. We purchased the 8x12 size rug and placed it under our dining room table. Our table seats 8 people and is perfectly square, so we placed the rug underneath it so that its position was opposite to the table's position, turned the rug a full 180 degrees in relation to the table-top position, if that makes sense, which really makes the rug stand out and breaks up the "matchy-matchy" effect that would have otherwise occurred if we placed the rug perfectly "square" under the square table. Our table is a re-claimed light colored, bleached and faded wood table that is very antique looking, distressed, and unpolished, and we have 8 chairs with the table which are off-white leather, very new and modern, with chrome legs. So the entire look is very "hip" and makes for a great design statement, we get tons of compliments! Rug is holding up great under the 8 chairs being pulled across it, as we eat dinner at the table every night. Also spills clean up well and wipe right off, since it is an indoor/ outdoor rug. Very happy with this purchase!

The rug is very contemporary which balances well with our leather living room furniture. Since I already knew that the rug is going to be thin, so I ordered a rug pad too. Overall, I am very satisfied with my area rug and would order another one for our dining room.

This rug absolutely makes the room. The round shape as well as the bold colors make for an eye-catching and dramatic look. I put this in my living room. I have a dark burgundy leather sectional I found some high-quality throw pillows in red and yellow with geometric shapes to coordinate with the rug. It all looks very high-end and the rug is fabulous!

I have been searching for a woven sisal or jute rug for my dining room, but was told by our local carpet store that the natural grass fibers would be difficult to clean. Still wanting the woven look, I ordered this carpet that has the look of jute but is easy to clean. It is thin enough so that chairs slide effortlessly on top. The graphic print is amazing and adds an unexpected, contemporary flair to my dining room. I was a little skeptical when I read that this was an "indoor/outdoor" carpet, however, I would not hesitate to use this carpet in any room. Graphic print rugs are so fashion forward and the design is really beautiful. If you have a bold personality, this is the rug for you!

The colors are exact and I love the bold red and geometric pattern. I was looking for a sturdy, stylish rug. I feel like it will hold up with my two young kids, but it looks great in my living room. It's not a cozy, soft rug, but it'll be in our living room, so that's not a priority for me.

Over all, am satisifed with this rug, looks expensive. Love the geometric design and color which is darker and richer than appears on screen, really blends well with my dining room decor. No problem with laying flat on the tile flooring. Very soft but not a really thick rug, needs padding. Receive compliments all the time. Can not give a 5 though as I expected this to be slightly thicker.

This rug was purchased to go under our queen size bed in the tiniest bedroom ever. We needed something that would tie into the brown silk of our comforter but light enough to lend the room size. This is it! Hemp and leather wound together- can you say brilliant? I looked at the jute rugs and the indoor/outdoor rugs b/c they were mostly beige. short-fibered, and contemporary. Alas, out of all the contestants this one won. Our bedroom smells like a tack shop (which as a horse person, I LOVE) and it all ties in together beautifully. Not the easiest to vacuum but the positives far outweigh the negatives!

Absolutly love the rug. It goes perfect with my red leather couches. My next purchase will be a rug by the same company for my dining room.

We were looking for an area rug under a glass top dining table. This was for a contemporary dining room. The pattern is vivid, unique and is the focus of the room. Since it sits under a table, I can't say it will get much wear, but the appearance is perfect. I could not find anything as striking in the stores. The shipping price of $2.99 seals the deal.

Even though the taupe/cream colors in this rug are neutral, the visual interest and texture says "Pizzazz!" Our home is contemporary, and we chose this rug to be the focal point of our 3-season porch. It is a well-made wool area rug, with a well-defined geometric pattern. There was a hint of odor from the rug initially, but with a couple days of fresh air running through the room, the odor has diminished. This wool rug is suitable for any room, and the neutral tone will not limit color selection for furnishings. The rug is heavy, and covers a tile floor. The cushioned pile is pleasant on bare feet. There is a combination of upholstered furniture and woven furniture anchoring the rug, and we find no need for a rug pad. VERY PLEASED with this selection, and recommend it to anyone who wants a rug that makes a statement in the room they are furnishing. We have 2 adult cockers who also enjoy the rug, although I would not recommend that young, not-house-trained pets be allowed on the rug. Due to the texture of the rug, clean-up would not be pleasant.
