Purchased for entryway foyer to lake house - so far very nice and extremely economical for such a large rug (approx. 7 x 9).

This rug delivered quickly and was packaged in a neat roll. It is a little thinner than I anticipated; however, I put a thick rug pad under it. Overall, the design is as expected. The color is a true ivory color throughout. From the photo online, I anticipated ivory/white, but both the impressions and the raised area are the same ivory color.

So I was nervous about ordering a big black outdoor rug, just because I feel like I usually go for the safe beige. But my outdoor furniture has a dark muted black metal with a stone top table and I was looking for something different. After it came and put it down........I love it!!!! It's so contemporary and adds a warm cozy-ness to my big deck. So don't be nervous take a chance!!!! Look rich too! I get lots of compliments on it.

Nice focal piece for a large living room. Color is vivid, textural differences in the color blocks add interest. Love it! Note that background color is teal blue and the gray blocks have a decided beige tendency - I would call them oatmeal rather than gray.

This is an attractive, high-quality indoor outdoor rug with nicely finished edges and consistent weave. The problem is in the description of the color, which is described as beige in one place and gray in another. Not even close! This rug has a khaki pattern on a golden honey or caramel ground. If you are trying to compliment a cool color-scheme (muted gray/blue) you will find this very warm and, I would think, incompatible. Otherwise, lovely, bold, and well-constructed.

Needed an area rug for my composite deck which gets too hot in the southern exposure. This rug is perfect in color and compliments the decking. It holds up to rain and sun and is comfortable to walk on with bare feet. The baby can crawl on it without the heat from the composite burning her knees. Stylish and goes well with the wicker furniture. May need to rotate it over the composite to prevent uneven fading of the deck but so far all is great.

looks/feels like a jute rug, I wanted a rinsable outdoor rug for indoors because my dogs sometimes have accidents. Much darker in person (thought it would be more grey, its black). smelled bad when it was first unpacked (like most rugs) but smell has gone away.

This rug was purchased to be used in our dining room. With a baby, I wanted something that would be easy to clean. The rug looks like it's meant for indoor use and is very soft to walk on. It has a bit of texture to it, but it's easy to walk on and move chairs on. Our cats don't seem to scratch on it like our wool rugs. The only downside has been the smell. It had a very strong odor when we first got it, sort of like cheap carpeting. That's dissipating, though, and I figured we got what we paid for. Overall, it's a great value.

The colors in the rug are natural jute, white and pale grey (the reverse suede side of the white leather). The colors and style are exactly what I wanted to lighten a dark room & give it a contemporary, casual feel. Looks great on the dark wood floor.

I have been searching for a woven sisal or jute rug for my dining room, but was told by our local carpet store that the natural grass fibers would be difficult to clean. Still wanting the woven look, I ordered this carpet that has the look of jute but is easy to clean. It is thin enough so that chairs slide effortlessly on top. The graphic print is amazing and adds an unexpected, contemporary flair to my dining room. I was a little skeptical when I read that this was an "indoor/outdoor" carpet, however, I would not hesitate to use this carpet in any room. Graphic print rugs are so fashion forward and the design is really beautiful. If you have a bold personality, this is the rug for you!

I love this Moroccan Trellis Rug. I am using it under my dining room table and chairs and it is absolutely perfect. I does not have the look of an outdoor rug at all and could easily be thought of as an indoor rug. I really like the way the white trellis design contrasts against the blue background and the geometric shape of the white design calls to mind a lovely outdoor trellis. I am very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this rug for my dining room which is painted gray and has a stainless-steel topped table. The rug quality is as represented, in my opinion. The problem is color. The jute itself is green and gray. The green was so overwhelming that I have to return the rug. The rug is banded with a 2" velvet-like binding. It is GRAY. Up next to the jute, the contrast of the green really makes the color difference stand out. I am disappointed in the green.

This rug looks and feels like plastic. I ordered the Grey, but what arrived was clearly Beige, right down to the written description on the package. Not even a hint of grey. The material was terrible as well, extremely cheap looking. Definitely not for indoor use.

This rug was purchased to go under our queen size bed in the tiniest bedroom ever. We needed something that would tie into the brown silk of our comforter but light enough to lend the room size. This is it! Hemp and leather wound together- can you say brilliant? I looked at the jute rugs and the indoor/outdoor rugs b/c they were mostly beige. short-fibered, and contemporary. Alas, out of all the contestants this one won. Our bedroom smells like a tack shop (which as a horse person, I LOVE) and it all ties in together beautifully. Not the easiest to vacuum but the positives far outweigh the negatives!

The area rug is very stylish and contemporary. It has nice colors even though the picture shows up more gray it's has more of a blue gray color. I really liked the rug so even though the color was a little off I am still going to keep it. As for the pile of the area rug it's thick and comfortable under the feet.

I love Overstock! This rug came within days of ordering it. I originally ordered a beige border rug but the board was more yellow, so Overstock let me return it and I bought this gray one. Very good quality jute and border. Border was stitched straightly. The color is a grey with a hint of blue. The jute is a natural color more on the lighter side, not barn yard hay like. There is an initial smell of the rubber bottom, but it eventually went way after a week. Also when you rolled it out, it was bumpy but over a week it flatten out. Size is pretty accurate, like 4 inches under 9ft and exactly 12ft. I would recommended buying this one over the cheaper ones because the quality is good and will last for years.

All in all for the price and quality, I'd recommend it to anyone. I really love the geometric pattern. It's very subtle, yet adds another layer of texture in our bedroom.

The rug is as pictured and does the job as an entryway rug. However it is 4 inches shorter then the information said it would be.

Just what we were looking for in a contemporary rug for the living room. Colors blend perfectly. Rug is very thick and vacuums well. Delivery was very speedy. We just ordered a smaller version for our entryway. Very pleased with this purchase.

Love this rug so far we've only had it a week. It is shedding a lot more in one spot than others so I hope it stands up. The colors are beautiful, but the photo is terrible. The ivory color is gray not white at all. In some rooms it might look medium tan. As a whole the tones are muted not bright like the photo shows, which in my opinion is more true to a real oriental. So overall it's a great buy for the money we should have bought it first over the jute which did not last a year with 2 labs and 2 kids. Never buy jute in a high traffic area or any area it is nothing but a dust collector. My only complaint is it went on sale 3 days after we bought it as did the jute both from overstock.
If there was a study done on the area of your house with the most traffic, main hallways would probably top the list. Luckily, there's a rug sized especially to protect your carpet and wood floors from constant wear. Rectangular runner rugs can provide a sound barrier and protect feet from cold floors, but they also make a big impact in a small space. Before you start shopping, think about what will work best for the space you have in mind and use these tips.
