I saw this rug in a furniture store at a much higher price, so I was pleased to buy it at a nice discount from Overstock. I like the colors and contemporary look with my simple black and white furniture in a gray room. One negative....the pile height is different on the center of the squares and higher on the edges. This makes it hard to vacuum and hard on my vacuum cleaner. Other than that, I really like it, my dog likes it, and it makes a nice presentation.

So I was nervous about ordering a big black outdoor rug, just because I feel like I usually go for the safe beige. But my outdoor furniture has a dark muted black metal with a stone top table and I was looking for something different. After it came and put it down........I love it!!!! It's so contemporary and adds a warm cozy-ness to my big deck. So don't be nervous take a chance!!!! Look rich too! I get lots of compliments on it.

Nice focal piece for a large living room. Color is vivid, textural differences in the color blocks add interest. Love it! Note that background color is teal blue and the gray blocks have a decided beige tendency - I would call them oatmeal rather than gray.

Overall, I am in love with this rug. My husband and I debated over it for about a week before taking the chance on it. The pictures shown are fairly accurate in terms of color, but the description does not relate well. There are no gold tones, which I am happy about (I didn't want gold tones). Looking at the pictures, I expected more of a light lime green- the green is actually more of a light, brighter olive. The blue is not pale, but more light robins egg blue, which really makes it pop. I would not describe the rug as being beige. The lighter raised sections between the swirls are more cream in color. Some swirls are also a light/medium gray. The base of the rug (beneath the raised swirls) is taupe in color, and brings a nice, contrasted texture. The circles themselves have a bit of sheen, whereas the base feels more woven. The rug is thinner than I expected, but it is fine. I guess I expected it to feel plush, but it is not. it does, however, feel sturdy and looks expensive. I was drawn to it because it is unique, you won't find a pattern like this in stores. It fits beautifully with our decor and furniture, so I am happy. We paired it with a dark brown leather modern sectional, and a gray accent chair- it looks fabulous!

Needed an area rug for my composite deck which gets too hot in the southern exposure. This rug is perfect in color and compliments the decking. It holds up to rain and sun and is comfortable to walk on with bare feet. The baby can crawl on it without the heat from the composite burning her knees. Stylish and goes well with the wicker furniture. May need to rotate it over the composite to prevent uneven fading of the deck but so far all is great.

I love this Moroccan Trellis Rug. I am using it under my dining room table and chairs and it is absolutely perfect. I does not have the look of an outdoor rug at all and could easily be thought of as an indoor rug. I really like the way the white trellis design contrasts against the blue background and the geometric shape of the white design calls to mind a lovely outdoor trellis. I am very happy with this purchase.

All in all for the price and quality, I'd recommend it to anyone. I really love the geometric pattern. It's very subtle, yet adds another layer of texture in our bedroom.

The area rug is very stylish and contemporary. It has nice colors even though the picture shows up more gray it's has more of a blue gray color. I really liked the rug so even though the color was a little off I am still going to keep it. As for the pile of the area rug it's thick and comfortable under the feet.

Absolutely best buy I have made on line yet. Great rug, background color is more light grey than it shows on line, but quite neutral. Low profile, perfect for contemporary room. I used it in a great room, and have gotten lots of compliments.

The colors are exact and I love the bold red and geometric pattern. I was looking for a sturdy, stylish rug. I feel like it will hold up with my two young kids, but it looks great in my living room. It's not a cozy, soft rug, but it'll be in our living room, so that's not a priority for me.

This rug is nowhere close to the color on the web (no surprise). It's a shade darker than Grey Poupon mustard. Nonetheless, it's very pretty and I was very pleased when it arrived. The problem is that it's advertised as an indoor/outdoor carpet. When it gets wet (outdoors) it can take over a week to dry. The mesh on the back side of the carpet has come completely detached due to soaking water. Had I known that it would hold water like a sponge, I would not have purchased it nor do I recommend anyone else buy it if there's any chance it will get wet. This would be great indoor-only carpet.

Worried that the colors were going to be too bold but it looks great on our grey concrete patio.

This rug is very pretty and unusual. My decor is modern, light wood, and tropical. I looked for years to replace a black/purple/green rug the same size that I bought on the side of the road for $150. It lasted 15 years and will be moved to another room, but the black picked up dirt instantly after vacuuming. I was thrilled when I saw this and bought it immediately after better half agreed we should. Others we had looked at that weren't the same dull (our opinion) traditional area rugs cost anywhere from $800 to $3000, which we're too cheap to spend. This was significantly less, looks great tucked between a u-shaped gray microfiber couch, loveseat and snuggle chair, and under my glass and wrought iron coffee table, in front of my 25-foot long light wood entertainment center. Lightened up the area considerably, and everyone has commented on how much softer it is than the old one. We do not put anything between it and the tile floor. A great value and lovely addition to my great room.

I ordered this rug for our family room. With three little kids and lots of traffic, it's easy to clean and looks great with a nice modern pattern. I ordered the Grey/Beige colour and the rug came really quickly (and I'm in Canada), but on the back of the rug, the label says Anthracite/Beige not Grey/Beige. So the rug is a bit darker than I expected and has a definite blue tint, but it actually worked out well with my walls colour (BM-HC162 Brewster Gray) so I'm quite happy and am keeping it. The weave is like a flat weave, not plush at all, but fairly soft and comfortable for us to play on.

This rug is a nice design, unlike other reviews we found the gray to be true gray without any tints, although we have grey walls that probably assist in that determination. It's a thin rug, you will definitely need a rug pad, and do note that it is *NOT* 100% wool as advertised, the rug we received was 80% Wool, 20% Cotton (if that matters to you). It's also a bit rougher wool, which is fine for our purposes, but if you want a rug that is soft on bare feet, or you intend to do a lot of lying on it, this probably is not for you.

Was looking for a gray/tan contemporary rug and this one from Safavieh fit the bill. I've seen this rug for much higher a price at leading run stores so I know it is quality. After several months we shall see if the rug wears well and is easy to keep clean.

Very nice quality and thick. Nice contemporary style. It is dark, so be warned it may darken the room. It is grey, black and a slightly dark reddish in the middle. I don't see a green tint like another reviewer. The pattern looks more like stripes and less blended than it does in the online picture however.

I was looking for a sisal rug that was more complemetary to my new cooler gray/white/cream/expresso interiors and this rug was perfect!, The sisal is a more pale weave than my older sisal rugs and seems much softer. The gray trim is so "on trend" and blends well with more contemporary looks. I bought another one for my mother in law for her newly remodeled beach cottage and it looks fantastic! I highly recommnend this rug

Even though the taupe/cream colors in this rug are neutral, the visual interest and texture says "Pizzazz!" Our home is contemporary, and we chose this rug to be the focal point of our 3-season porch. It is a well-made wool area rug, with a well-defined geometric pattern. There was a hint of odor from the rug initially, but with a couple days of fresh air running through the room, the odor has diminished. This wool rug is suitable for any room, and the neutral tone will not limit color selection for furnishings. The rug is heavy, and covers a tile floor. The cushioned pile is pleasant on bare feet. There is a combination of upholstered furniture and woven furniture anchoring the rug, and we find no need for a rug pad. VERY PLEASED with this selection, and recommend it to anyone who wants a rug that makes a statement in the room they are furnishing. We have 2 adult cockers who also enjoy the rug, although I would not recommend that young, not-house-trained pets be allowed on the rug. Due to the texture of the rug, clean-up would not be pleasant.
