These pans are so poorly made that I actually threw them away! The bottoms are so thin that everything burned. They weren't worth the cost of shipping them back to overstock.com.
I ordered two sets because of the value. One for a house warming gift and one for me to keep. They are very thin steel and the handles are very sharpe. I didn't inspect the pans until after the return date had expired so I gave the two sets away to needy friends. They say the handles are sharpe and get very hot as well. I would not purchase another set of no-name pots again
ordered just to have another set of cookware so far so good for the price. Quality seems to be on par with the price paid

this is not confortable to use , and quality is too bad
The flat bottoms on these pans allow for quick heating & even cooking. It was important to me to get stainless steal pans because my husband has an allergy to aluminum. He gets nevous when he eats food cooked in aluminum. They are sturdy & the glass lids are made from a heavy glass or other material. The little vent works great while cooking. I have not burned anything in them, so they clean up very easily. I expect mine to last a long time. The skillet is large so you can make a skillet meal for a family of 4. The small pan works great for quickly heating up 2 cups of coffee that has gone cold in the coffee maker.
