If you do not want to vacuum this rug every day, then do not buy it....

I love the rug. It worked out perfect for where I was planning on putting it. It is a great value in my opinion. I can say that the center stripe is not as blue as I thought it was going to be, it is more of a blueish gray. One of the reviews I read on the rug had mentioned that it had an odor, in my case this was true also.

my only complaint is the sharpness of the color separations---the picture led me to believe it was more blended but other than that, its a beauty

Based on the other reviews I was prepared for the color to be completely different from how it appears on-screen, so I was glad to have read them. It's true that it's not as vibrant, and there are more gray-ish blues than warm aqua blues. The quality of the product looks better in person than in it's photo. The uneven lighting in the photo creates the appearance of extra stripes, which are actually just shadows from uneven pile. The rug doesn't really look like that- mine is smooth, with nice solid color breaks. I have not had any problems with shedding, as other people have complained about.

Right out of the bag, the rug had a very strong smell. I had to keep the fan running and the door open to my son's room for a week. Then, I noticed the balling and shedding. We had to get the Dyson out almost every day. The clumps are all over his room. Because he was away, we had the rug for over a month before we realized the problem. If the shipping back would not have been so high and the timeframe so long, I would have returned it. I do like the colors and shape. I have many wool rugs and this one is not anywhere the quality of the others.

This rug is fabulous except for the fact that it is NOT 6' round - I measured about 5 times and it is most definitely 5'8".

I have to say that I was slightly disappointed with the coloring on this rug. After reading the description of the colors, I was expecting more of an off-white stripe in the middle, but it is more of a grey! It seems to be holding up well and serving the purpose, but the coloring makes me a bit sad every time I walk by the room. As far as anyone else is concerned, it is beautiful, but I was looking for more blue/white tones and not with the greys. I did keep the rug because it was still a good value and the color wasn't awful, just disappointing.

We already have two of these in different sizes and needed some more to match, love them all. Everyone that visits raves about how beautiful they are.

Rug looks exactly like picture, is actually pretty soft too! It looks great under my table, which is a small bistro table.

Though this rug looks very nice on my floor, it is "shedding". Tufts of the wool keep coming off and it requires very frequent vacuuming to keep it looking good. I only hope it stops before I get holes in the rug!

This carpet arrived with lightening quick speed. The carpet is a great deal and oozes of quality. It has so many shades of blue you could put it anywhere. I put it in my son's room and it looks great! But it's a large rug that could easily go in a living area.

I like the rug okay because it fits the area; however, the colors in the catalog are better than the colors in the actual rug. The center strip doesn't look as grey in the catalog as it really is.
