The gray rug is a deep steely gray and quite lovely and clean looking. It makes the room! It sheds quite a bit and isn't for homes with multiple dogs, in my experience. Random loops come "unlooped" from dogs and vacuuming. I found myself with a pin and a glue gun to recoil and neatly secure the wild loops to the backing, not wanting to trim them and leave a tiny bald spot. It's all I could think to do and it seems to work well. The rug is dense and soft, the cream colored trellis is raised above the background which is nice, it adds dimension. It demands a non skid pad underneath or that it is secured by furniture, it will slip along the floor.

This carpet is beautiful, with grey and muted browns! It is plush and comfortable. Yes, you do need a non-skid pad underneath if it isn't anchored by furniture.

So far I am very pleased with this area rug that I bought for my son's nursery. The colors go very well with his room and it's just the right size. I skipped buying the non-skid backings for a brush on latex version. So far I am very happy with the quality of this rug. Hopefully it will hold up to many years of abuse.

I was a bit afraid to order this rug without any other reviews of this product. The colors were pretty close to the image that appeared on my screen. The pink is a hot pink color (though slightly muted--definitely not Pepto Bismol which I was afraid off --- instead, think 13 year old bedroom hot pin that has a slightly raspberry tone to it). The charcoal gray is more of a medium or muted charcoal and the light gray is a heather gray color. The white is a muted white (slightly gray based...more of a white than winter/snow white) While the colors of the rug were "very close" to the depiction on my screen, I must say that the quality is a bit "bathroom rug-ish" in nature (not plush, but more of a "fuzz" feel to it), making this rug a better fit for a bathroom or kid's room than for a formal living space (which is where I'm currently using it). The nice part is that the bathroom rug quality of it also means there is a non slip/skid grip on the back so there is no need to buy a separate rug liner. While this rug screams "college dorm room" to me, I'm satisfied with using it in my adult living space for now (by minimizing other pink in the room and placing it near some sophisticated furniture). I recommend this rug if you are just going for some added color to a bedroom, playroom, basement room, dorm room, or twenty-something loft space. The rug is soft feeling, but certainly machine made and not plush (again, much like a bathroom rug feel that you'd get from one of the big box stores).

Had I not paid nearly $$$ for Fed Ex delivery, I'd have returned the rug. It is mislabeled as brown but is in fact a medium grey with no brown tones, a large disappointment. The rug serves its purpose outside on my concrete patio, doesn't need a a non-skid pad underneath, and has repelled water so far. If the rug were brown, I'd be pleased with its appearance and potential durability. Initially the rug curled when laid out, having been rolled up in shipping, but I placed a few rocks on the border until it lay flat the following day.

Very pleased with the quality! The rug is heavy, laid flat right away, no loose fibers, no smell. I purchased a non-skid pad but wanted to first lay the rug without it for placement. Turns out I won't be using the pad. The rug is heavy and doesn't move around at all under our coffee table which rolls on casters. I love the rug. I had more of a plush floral in mind, but the man of the house wasn't into it. Turns out that this Berber rug has a vibe we can both live with as we slowly add some warmth to his gray, black and white decor.

I love this rug. It was my first rug purchase and I was nervous about not seeing it or feeling it in person before purchase. The color I saw from the computer is very accurate to what I received. It's not gray and it's not a light beige, and it's exactly what I was hoping for. I love the depth of the color, it won't show every little piece or stain very easily. I also like the slight change in pile height between the beige and ivory. The ivory seems to be looped and the beige seems to be a cut pile. It is comfy and plush, and I only got a non-skid pad for underneath. I love this rug :)

I can't stop rubbing my toes against this rug!! it's so thick and soft. the colors are exactly what I was searching for; a beautiful rich gray. I always rely on the Big O when all other retailers fail me in selection and price. I don't know why i bother looking at other retailers, I guess it's due to that instant gratification thing. So far, the O has delivered on a timely basis to satisfy that "I want it now" urge. One more thing, please remember to buy the non-skid mat if using on hardwood-floors. I totally forgot will run out and get it today.

I am so happy I decided to purchase this rug. The color is a bluish grey, kind of like a slate color, with cream geometric designs which may appear a bit darker but thats just because the blue fibers are all over it so after you vacuum it they're cream color. The size is perfect I have a long white sectional and it fits in the space real nice. At first it doesn't lay flat but thats just due to it being rolled up so eventually that will go away and its recommended to use a non-skid pad but I don't find it necessary. It does however require a lot of maintenance because it sheds A LOT! I have dark wood floors and I constantly have to vacuum because you can see all the fibers everywhere. This is typical of wool rugs because of the construction of the pile. If you buy an expensive wool rug this usually wont happen because it goes through a costly combing process but this rug is the best quality for its price. If you're like me and don't mind vacuuming often then you should be fine and will love it!

I knew going in that it wasn't a high pile rug. Using in our master on wood floors. Nice no-slip backing. Did NOT buy a non-slip piece to go underneath & it's not an issue. Love the design & thought it was pretty orange too before I bought it -- and it is. But looks good on our amber floors... definitely a warm bedroom accent, Intended to use with lighter colors and pop the aqua/turquoise with throw pillows on the bed. Have pulled a lot of the chocolate and charcoal grey instead. It's cozy.

I was disappointed that this rug did not live up to its online presence. The yarn was "shiny," and definitely had the appearance of a nylon (non-organic) yarn. In addition, the rug itself did not feel substantial underfoot. After less than 24-hours on the floor, viewing it in day and night time light, I've rolled it up and shipped it back.
