I had been looking for a 5'x7' orange shag rug for months, I was ecstatic when I found this rug. I was concerned about color and feel, however as soon as I unwrapped it, all my worries were put to rest. The color is a bright, rich orange. Not a highlighter safety orange or a darker burnt orange color. I would say it is spot on with the crayon orange. The feel of the rug is soft, but I can tell it is also durable. I have it in my TV room, where I spend most my time with my pets and my friends with their pets. After several weeks, it's holding up great. When I first received the rug, it did have a plastic/chemical smell but that dispersed quickly (about a week). Overall I am beyond thrilled with this purchase.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color is a bright, rich orange. On the site it looks a shade or two darker than the actual product.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Overall quality is excellent. I have had it for several weeks and have noticed zero shedding or other issues, even with two (occasionally) three dogs running around on the rug.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Product was exactly as described.
