So far so good
Ordered it at a good price, though I noticed it went up after I bought it. In an event, shipping was timely. It arrived I filled it up with oil, hooked it to a propane tank and it started right up after a couple of tugs. I haven't had to use it and bought it for emergencies or possibly camping, but at this point just emergencies. So. Can't comment on how good its done over the long haul.

Good Product
It arrived on 3nd day after i ordered, in factory box, no extra protection. Hook up on propane line, engine started on 7th pull. 2nd time, about 30 minute after stoped, engine start on one pull. Quieter than I thought. dont have a chance to realy use it yet... hopefuly not. wish it comes with wheels and 240v outlet.

Buyer beware - Do not buy if your power is knocked
It was delivered to my house yesterday, and I am already very frustrated with this company. The generator came in broken due to poor packaging. Numerous people have complained about the same thing. They should really package this product better. It comes in a card board box with no styrofoam protecting it from getting knocked around. The filter assembly was bent beyond repair, the plastic filter cover was cracked, the metal clips were twisted and the plastic choke lever was broken. I called yesterday and left a message. I did not receive a phone call back and had to call them again today. I spoke to customer support and they said I have to wait 7-10 days for replacement parts to be delivered to my house. This is completely unacceptable. Next day delivery is a must in situations like this. Their company policy is to "never overnight anything". This is also unacceptable. Had I bought this in an emergency hoping to provide power immediately I would have been really upset when I had to wait 7-10 days for new parts. I am hoping that there was not any hidden damage that will be discovered in 7-10 days from now. I asked them if any compensation was available for my trouble. They said no.
