Down and feather-filled products are packed tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove them from their packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours to recover their full loft. In addition, being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes causes the scent of these natural products to concentrate to a disagreeable level. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.

This pillow is everything I wanted. It dosen's smash down to where you have half a pillow. It is very compy. I would buy another if I need it. Linda
Please, don't waste your money on this pillow. It lacks about 50% of its fill and flattens to almost nothing after the first few nights of sleeping on it.
The pillow arrived and right off you can see that the down only fill 1/2 the pillow. Even after putting it in the dryer for 15 minutes, the down does not fill up the pillow. It seems they took a regular size pillow and put that into a king size pillow case. There is no way it filled the pillow. This has got to be the WORST pillow ever. Don't waste your money..
