How a mirror was packed and shipped with one corner misaligned in the frame is beyond me, zero quality control. Even more amazing is that it didn't break in transit. I was able to bend back the brackets and put it back in place, but it was tedious and obviously not something that should have been required. In addition to the assembly problems, the quality of the frame is pretty cheap, the joints don't quite align. Returning was not an option as I needed to the mirror hung that day. Also, repacking the mirror and hauling back to FedEx would have been a huge hassle. Net Net: I just sucked it up and fixed a brand-new mirror.
