I bought this for my kitchen remodel project to be functional and it ended up being a great focal point for the whole kitchen when paired with some hand painted mosaic tiles as a backsplash (also purchased on Overstock). It's beautiful! My contractor said this is a quality product and was easy to install. It looks really sleek and updated---tres gourmet! And I am amazed at how well it works! Tons of drawing power without too much noise and 3 different speed settings, plus decent lighting. I did a good bit of research and this was the best buy out there. I found it being sold at several places under several names---but the big O had the best price. My contractor needed info about it before it arrived so he could prep for it. One quick call to Overstock and they had the install manual emailed to me, which gave him all the info he needed. Im completely sold on Overstock because of their pricing and service, and this was one of the best purchases I've made from them yet!

We installed this range hood into our kitchen remodel this week and wanted to make sure people where aware of our experience. I agree with most of the reviews here in that it looks nice and is constructed well, however, the operation is dissapointing. If you care about the level of noise, i would suggest you look elsewhere. If you dont want pail LED type lighting over your range, i would consider another product. The lowest setting on the fan is too loud for our tastes and the lighting is unacceptable. The LED lights cast a poor lifeless glow on cooking foods and actually tough to cook properly. We cant even tell when onions are carmelized properly. I am comparing this to the range hood we had in our last house which was a mid range Broan from a box store. That range hood had two lighting levels, but more importantly had halogen bulbs which i feel cast a realistic light (broad spectrum) that allows much easier cooking. In addition, the fan setting on that rather cheap Broan were perfect for most every cooking situation. The low level was nearly silent and the high setting was loud and powerful (in the rare event something got overcooked or needs tons of ventilation). I have had great success with most other products from Overstock where i trusted the reviews. This one is the exception and i wanted to make sure people knew what they were getting. Overall, we are very dissatisfied.

I will definitely recommend this range hood to anyone who is looking for one. After reading all of the positive reviews I figured that I would purchase it and if I did not like it I can always send it back. Well, all I have to say is that it exceeded my expectations. The installation was simple and the price was great.

Installed during a kitchen remodel being accomplished by a general contractor. To quote the GC: "wow, this is really nice: where did you get it?" To put succinctly, this range hood is beautiful, works like a marvel, and was a fantastic bargain through Overstock. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great product, quality is superb. Easy website to use. Shipping is fast and in great packaging. I'm a contractor and I've bought about 5 of these already for my clients and all 5 came in perfect condition. The instruction manual that comes with this range hood is a universal instruction manual, so some parts you see missing, well it might not be for your particular range hood. It could be for the 30" Island Canopy that I think Overstock is also selling. I will be ordering a few of those in the next coming months too. So do take the time out to read the instruction manual carefully and see if the parts you think you're missing is for your particular range hood or not. Again, this is quality product to consider.

I do personal catering and small parties so I cook constantly at home so I needed a range hood that was powerful enough for constant daily use. In the past with my previous range hood, my entire house would become smoky and eventually the smoke detectors would go off. Now I don't even notice anything in the air and the thing is so much quieter. After more than 6 months of using it, this 30" Wall-Mounted Range Hood is still going strong.

We bought this range hood about 5 months ago and so far we love it. It has good suction and since our kitchen has an open doorway to our living room, this is important. I think it is average as far as noise is concerned, but the main thing is that it moves air and it looks great. It really makes our kitchen look high end for a reasonable price. The only small complaint I have is that the lighting is white and not very bright, but I might be able to change the bulbs out. All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase.

I purchased this item for a vacation home. Unfortunately, the builder put the vent hole down too low and this didn't work for me. I could tell it was very nice when I tried though. I am basing my review off of looks not function. I have purchased another vent hood in a different style but from the same manufacturer and its great. I have no reason to believe this wouldn't be great as well. On another note, O.co was GREAT with the return. They made it simple with no hassles and a quick credit on my card.

Carpenter, electrician and plumber had a time putting this in but it looks great. I had to buy an outside vent.

Very nice looking range hood. My contractor was able to set it up pretty easy and said it had nice power. He could see it pulling dust particle remnants from our construction off the stove. Very happy with the product and the look.

The ventahood was something I searched and searched before making a decision. It is loud when it is at the highest setting. The stainless steel matches great with the other Jenn-Air Pro Appliances and you cannot tell its an off brand ventahood. If you are trying to match a hood with other brands of appliances, I'd make sure there isn't a logo. This one doesn't have a logo on it. The lights do emit a "cool" tone to them. There is a grate on the right and left side of the vent that allows you to see the duct running up through to the ceiling. We used white duct tape and then later had to take down the vent cover to retape it as the white tape was very visible on the sides.

I couldn't be more pleased w/this hood. It is exactly as pictured - no differentiation in color or look. Love it! It was not difficult to install, & works great! The LED lights in the hood were a surprise - alittle different in color (bluish) than any other previously owned hoods. A very smart purchase!!

Go ahead and compare this to other sites. This hood is a showstopper. Guests see it and understand that they are in a high end kitchen, for such a reasonable price. Shipping was fast and quality was high. It looks great and the LED lights match with the LED lights on the Fridge and under the cabinets!

Lovely range hood for the money! The back is open though so be aware of that. It needs to be installed flat against wall. It comes in pieces and needs considerable assembly. I recommend a contractor install it.

We have not yet intstalled this in our kitchen remodel butt our carpenter who is terrific checked it out and approves. That is good enough for me.

Installs with toggle bolts, seemed a little kludgy but went up well enough. If you have a low ceiling think twice about this product. I had to cut the vent covering to get it to fit. In retrospect I may have gone with a different product to avoid some of the installation issues. However it is up and works well.
