I just received my step ladder a few minutes ago. The box was in perfect condition, and the ladder was protected by a plastic cover as well as bubble wrap - arrived in perfect condition. This is a very sturdy ladder, well worth the price. I was looking for something that would be strong enough for my husband as well as my 20-something son who is quite large. This is the only one I could find with a 300 lb+ weight rating. My husband did unfold it, tried it out, and is quite happy with it also. We haven't had a chance, since it just came, to put it through any use yet, but I would recommend it. I was also worried about it folding up narrow enough as I need to store it in the kitchen between a couple of cabinets, and for our kitchen it fits just fine. It's only 4" wide when folded. I recently had ceiling height wall cabinets installed and need a 3-step ladder to get to the top shelves and this ladder is perfect for me. It is heavy and does not wobble about when in use.

The ladder is really heavier than I would have liked, but it is excellent quality and very sturdy to help with chores that require height elevations.

I bought the 3-step kitchen ladder for my mom as a gift. She said it is very well-made, sturdy, and strong. I like the independence it gives her as she can now take things down from high places and switch things around from season to season throughout the whole house. She also said it is very easy to move from one spot to the next, like when she is hanging curtains throughout the house. This is for those who have to reach high places and want stable footing. It has extra wide steps and is more sturdy thsn the average kitchen step stool. It folds flat but weighs about 16lbs. It is very stable and easy to open and close.

I bought this ladder based on the reviews on this site. It is strong, attractive, and easy to store and move around. It is not wobbly; I feel secure on it. Any movement is more likely the result of some unevenness in my hardwood floors.

I needed a small stepladder to leave in my master closet to reach items stored on the higher shelves. This is very sturdy, where you can step on even the top step without feeling like the ladder is shaky. You can also steady yourself on the rounded top of ladder. It was a great buy.

it's definitely a workable stepladder, but have to be careful with it. it's very wobbly so for anyone who has a problem holding balance this is not a good product to buy. I'm fine with it so I'm keeping it.

I am satisfied with the quality and size of this ladder. It does more than kitchen work, I can use it for my stairs and garage etc. It is pretty high and very sturdy. I don't think that price for this ladder was as good as some of the other stuff I have bought from Overstock, hence the 4 stars.

What I like about this step ladder is that it's solid, and it has non-slip on the steps and handle; it can also handle the big guys around work that will tromp on it and yet it's light enough to be picked up by the smallest of employees - folds up nice and so far have had nothing but good reviews. Would buy another if the need arose.

This is a top notch quality ladder. Very safe to use and sturdy enough so my husband can use it. It is on the heavy side, but this is what I wanted: Stability. You will get cheaper ladders, but not this quality. And it's better to be safe than sorry.

This is a sturdy kitchen ladder. The only difficulty we experienced is it wasn't level and it rocked when you stepped up on it. We were able to fix this ourselves with the use of some furniture leveling pads that we had on hand. I considered returning it but since we could remedy this ourselves, decided to keep it. It is made of heavy duty materials with non-slip treads. If it hadn't been "rocky", I would have given it 5 stars.

Just bought this step ladder to use for hanging curtains, reaching the top kitchen cabinets, getting stuff down from high shelves and changing lighbulbs. Easy to unfold/fold. Feels very safe and secure when climbing it and standing on it. Nice padded handle to hold to help you get up and down. Fits between my fridge and pantry for storage. Very solid but not too heavy to carry around the house. I would recommend this over those less expensive similar looking models. Well worth the extra money.
