Good workmanship, and looks great on stove top. Cleans up easy if something splatters on it. My only problem with this product is the handel is not very insulated, so you do need to use a pot holder when removing from stove top and for pouring. The thing I like most about this kettle is that it is very retro, looks like the one that was on our kitchen stove while I was growing up.

It would be hard to find a tea kettle that is worse than this one. The spout is short and at a poor angle. When you go to pour the water out, instead of a neat little stream into your cup, it gushes out seemingly from multiple places. It splashes every which way. I tried changing the amount of water. Nope. I tried being more awake when I poured it. Nope. It is not fun to have your wake up cup of tea disrupted by massive splash of boiling hot water, whether it be on you and/or the counter. Pretty much everywhere except in the cup. Seriously--run far away from this kettle. And run quickly, because this evil kettle has a way of reaching much farther than you would expect.

Searched long and hard for this one. Was pleased with this teakettle. It is so very like our old one that lasted almost forever. Fully expect that this one will last that long if not longer. Good construction and good quality material.

Very good size. Quality is good, receipt time was excellent. No complaints at all.

I was surprised at how much I love this tea kettle. It heats fast, the whistle is just right, perfect size and functions perfectly. I plan to order another to have a backup.

I recieved the tea kettle in a fair amount of time. I used it and my son thought he was doing me a favor by throwing the box and all away, come to find out it has a nice leak at the seam. I can only use it if I empty all the water out after use. makes me afraid to order anything like this again, online.

I was very pleased to find this. This type has always been the only type I can use. I like the looks and the weight of it. Not weighty at all, very light. I highly recommend this to anyone concerned with safety and ease of use.
