This item turned out to be better than expected. It arrived in a timely matter and my husband was very happy with it. I do wish they came a little longer and were not quite so expensive but I am sure I made up for that with the delivery.
This is a super space saver and knife saver as well. I am peculiar about how my knives are stored and this is just what I have been looking for at a price I wanted to pay.
I always wanted a magnetic knife rack for my collection of kitchen knives. I read the reviews for this product and realized that the value and the ease of installation took away all of my previous reservations. I absolutely love this rack. My knives are within easy reach now, no fighting to get them out of a drawer or the butcher's block and they are out of reach of my children. If I had more open wall space I would purchase another for rack for more of my knife collection. These magnets are really strong and easily hold my biggest and heaviest knives with no problems at all. I absolutely adore this product and recommend it to anyone who is sitting on the fence about this item; get this rack and you won't be disappointed! I am just sorry that I don't have more space for another rack.
This is a great knife rack. It has strong magnets so it will hold large knives and heavy kitchen shears but is designed so the magnets don't actually come in contact with the knives. Good value - the price I paid was less than the price printed on the packaging. It could also be used for holding hand tools in a garage or workshop, so I think it would make a very practical and useful gift for anyone who cooks or has a place to hang up tools.
