I actually use the placemats to roll the sushi...they work much better than the mat I purchased separately. I also put a layer of seran wrap on it before I roll it to make clean up easier. Everything else is very nice also. The only thing I would recommend is laying the chopsticks flat to dry after washing. I put a set in the silverware draining rack (so they were upright drying) and they warped slightly. They are unique and comfortable to use.

I got the blue coloured set, and was very pleased with it as the main focus of a gift basket I was making for a client. The only downside of this set was in the way it was packaged - individual items just wrapped up in bubble paper and sent in a brown cardboard box. For the price, I would have liked to have packaging more suitable for presentation as a gift.
