the dish is great, but the cover where you sit the chicken has wide slats so the bird can stick and the wire rack is far too small to really be useful (it sits down in the bottom of the tray!) but overall it works well enough that i didn't send it back.Read More
So far I have used the pan for broiling fish and roasting chicken. It cleans like a dream and is nicer looking than anything I was able to find in local stores. A wonder value.Read More
My son was very pleased with the roasting pan. He likes to make lasagna also and the depth of pan makes it convenient. I have not seen it as he lives in CA.Read More
Great value, as I was looking for a roasting pan to replace my oven's broiler pan. Would love another one in a larger size. Comes with two racks.Read More
I have been searching for literally more than 25 years for a good-quality, large stainless steel broiler pan that features either holes or slats in its top to enable fat to drain while cooking and the use of steel wool soap pads (such as SOS or Brillo) for fast, thorough cleaning. This pan, made by BergHOFF, is the first one that I've found in my more than two-and-half decade quest that's met my criteria. Pans like this used to be easy to come by, but for some reason, that hasn't been the case since the early 1980s. I'm delighted that one is finally available again and hope that it will sell well enough to remain on the market for years to come. For anyone who, like me, has been waiting for the return of a broiler pan that's as well designed and solid as this one, I give BergHOFF's pan my highest recommendation -- and the price for which it's being sold here at Overstock is the best that I've seen anywhere, so it's an excellent value, as well.Read More
This pan is the best! VERY Solid with the best kind of immovable handles. It is a terrific value. It is deep enough for my favorite recipes. I love it so much that I just purchased three for holiday gifts. Check the size for your needs.Read More
Great value, stainless steel, perfect size. would highly recommend this to a friend. But then I HIGHLY recommend Overstock to all my friends.Read More
This pan is fantastic. I bought the first one a few months prior and liked it so much I bought a second one. I checked online at several other sites and compared to other pans of the same type, it was much much less expensive. This pan looks as good as it is durable. I got so many compliments when I used it for a serving dish for a dinner party. It cleans up perfectly. I just can not say enough about it. Excellent quality especially for the price. Thanks Overstock!Read More
The quality of the pan itself is very good. The pan comes with 2 different type of rack. One is a wire rack and it is very small and sit low on the bottom of the pan. This rack does not hang on the top like most racks. It is good for roasting a whole chicken but not for me to roast fish because the space is too small on the rack. I wanted a stainless steel rack that hang on top so I can roast fishes. The other rack that came with this item is a flat metal rack that hang on the top of the pan. I have never us this type of rack before but it would be good for vegetable and other small items so it would not fall off into the bottom. I am keeping this item because it is not worth the trouble to send it back. I just need to find a stainless steel rack that would fit this pan.Read More

What is the weight of this pan? Can it also be used as a broiling pan? What is the country of manufacture? Is this pan dishwasher safe?
Hello mfphotographer! This pan weighs 4.39 pounds and is dishwasher and broiler safe. It’s important for our customers to know that with over 4,000 products designed in Belgium, and factories throughout Europe, it is not always possible to say with certainty what product batches come from what facilities or at what time. We can, however, tell you that our stainless steel items are constructed from German grade steel and assembled in Belgium while our glassware is made in Bohemia, Czech Republic and our porcelain is manufactured in Sri Lanka. Although some of our promotional products are manufactured in China, all of them undergo vigorous inspections to ensure that they meet or exceed U.S. and European quality and safety standards. I hope this helps. Thanks for shopping with us.

How to Use a Roasting Pan
A roasting pan is a large pan, often with a lid, that is used to roast meats in the oven. The pan can be made of stainless steel, aluminum, or other metals and have enamel or nonstick coatings. Roasting pans are available in a variety of sizes to suit different types of roasting. The key to properly using a roasting pan is to leave at least 2 inches of air space around the meat that you are roasting.
Broilers vs Roasting Pans
Broiling pans and roasting pans both have specific uses. While there are many similarities between them, they each specialize in different areas. Roasting pans are normally used to prepare larger cuts of meat because of the deeper shape, which allows the meat to cook in its own juices. Broilers have a shallow, slotted base. The shallow sides of the broiler allow the food to cook more quickly while the slotted bottom of the broiler allows drippings to drain into a pan underneath.

Tips on Necklace Lengths
When choosing a necklace, it can sometimes be hard to choose the right length to go with your outfit. Fortunately, there are some basic guidelines. The standard chain length is 16 to 20 inches, which sits just between the base of the throat and the collarbone, for most people. And just like style, the correct length for you is based on personal taste. It's also nice to have different sizes and styles of necklaces on hand for different occasions.
How to Season Stainless Steel Pans
Seasoning is a process in which you prepare a pan or other cookware before you use it for the first time. When you season stainless steel pots and pans, you are filling the pores of the pan's surface with carbonized oil, which blocks the oxidation process and therefore keeps the cookware from rusting or pitting. In addition, seasoning helps to prevent food from sticking to the pan. The following steps will teach you how to season and protect your stainless steel pots and pans, so they will last longer and work better.
Best Pots and Pans
Choosing cookware for your kitchen comes down to what you like to eat. Think about the recipes that you and your family enjoy, and make sure you have the right pot or pan to prepare them. You can cover most needs with a cookware set, but if you won't use all the pieces in the set, that might not be the right choice for you. If you're buying each piece separately, then use this guide as your shopping list.
How to Measure for Curtains
Curtains add privacy and style to a room, but before you buy a set, you'll need to know which size is right. You'll find that curtains usually come in lengths of 63 inches, 84 inches, 95 inches, 108 inches, and 120 inches. The length you choose will depend on the look that you want as well as the placement of your curtain rod.
How to Break in a Stainless Steel Frying Pan
Unlike cast-iron fry pans, stainless steel fry pans do not need to be seasoned before use; and unlike nonstick fry pans, you will need to use oil to avoid food sticking to the surface of your stainless steel fry pan and even then, some food will still stick. While these facts might seem like disadvantages, they're actually the reasons why many cooks prefer to use stainless steel fry pans. High-quality stainless steel cookware may not be the best for cooking things like eggs, but for the most flavorful searing of fish, meat, and vegetables, stainless steel fry pans are unrivaled. The following steps will teach you how break in your stainless steel fry pan before each use.

Best Reasons to Have a California King Bed
Similar in size to a standard king bed, a California king bed is four inches longer, allowing a lot of extra room top to bottom. A California king bed measures 72 inches wide and 84 inches long, and a standard king mattress measures 76 inches wide and 80 inches long, so while a California king mattress is four inches longer, it is also about four inches thinner than a standard king bed. Making a decision between the two might be difficult. Ultimately, both are great options, but there are a few conditions that might make a California king size bed the clear choice. Before you pick which king mattress is right for you, here are a few of the best reasons to choose a California king bed.

The dimensions for most jewelry and watches are given in millimeters, but if you aren't familiar with the metric system, you may be unsure about the size of the piece. Fifty millimeters may sound like a lot, so it may surprise you when you see that it's only about 2 inches. If the metric system is a mystery to you, don't buy another pair of earrings or a new watch until you refer to our conversion chart, so you'll know exactly what you're going to get when you're online shopping. Many of our product images are also shown with a ruler, so you can get an even better idea of what s piece will look like when it arrives at your front door.

How to Buy Cookware
The key to buying the best cookware is first considering your needs. In order to get the most from your pots and pans, think about everything from your preferred methods of cooking to your desire to spend time keeping it clean. Keep these tips in mind as you shop for cookware.
Types of Skillets
One of the most versatile pieces of cookware for any kitchen is the skillet, also known as a fry pan. The types vary in cost, materials, and ease of cleanup. While plenty of skillet choices exist, selecting the one that best suits your needs will help make every dish a success.
Bed Sheet Thread Count Fact Sheet
The thread count of bed sheets refers to the number of threads per square inch of fabric. For example, if a square inch of fabric in a 300-thread count sheet with a standard weave were examined closely, 150 vertical threads and 150 horizontal threads would be counted, for a sum total of 300. The higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the sheets will be. Thread count is an important consideration to take when choosing a new set of sheets, but it should not be used as a sole indicator of quality. Equally important in choosing a bed sheet is the type and quality of the materials used as well as the fabric's weave.
How to Install Recessed Lighting in Kitchens

Although it's not difficult to install recessed lighting in the kitchen, you will need access to the attic over the kitchen in order to install and wire the lights with ease. Here are a few simple steps to install your own recessed kitchen lights.
How to Choose a Tent
It can be so great to be out in nature camping, roasting marshmallows and gazing up at the stars. But after a day full of the outdoors, it's time to retire to your home away from home, your tent. It won't give you all the conveniences of home, but a tent should keep you dry and protected from critters while you sleep. It should also hold most of your camping gear and give you a place to go if the weather isn't cooperating. So buy a tent hoping you will only sleep in it, but also buy a tent that will be comfortable to be awake in as well.
