The mattress came in record time. It was packed in a black canvas duffle. It was very heavy so I do not recommend one person moving it alone. Upon taking the cover off, we laid it out on the wooden frame and it "poofed" out very quickly...actually was ready to sleep on in about 4 hours. The only thing I would say was unexpected was the firmness of the mattress. It is VERY firm and it takes a while to get used to it. It is NOT soft like the advertisements on TV or like the 2 inch pads you can purchase in the store. It is very firm. It took us about 2 weeks to acclimate ourselves to it and now we love it. It's a very comfortable mattress and an excellent value. Also I would recommend making plans before it arrives to have your bedframe raised. It is not as high as my old boxsprings and mattress.

I owned a latex mattress in the past, and decided to try a foam mattress. The prices in retail stores were ridiculously high - and after reading prevoius reviews, we thought we should give this model a try. It arrived within seven days without any delivery complications. Once it was cut out of its travel bag, we were surprised how quickly if began to expand. The mattress is quite thick and luxurious! It has a fair amount of give, and envelops you when you lay down. To add additional softness, we are using an additional mattress pad, but this really isn't necessary. The mattress includes a nice cover as well. Very high end mattress for only a price that overstock can offer. Thanks!

I really en joy the mattress, once I got use to it it has been a dream to sleep on.I would recomend this product highly and you can not beat the price!!Customer service was great and very helpful as well.

My boyfriend and I have been sleeping on this mattress for over a month now and we absolutely love it. It is just the right amount of softness and firmness at the same time. I like to sleep on my side and stomach and it provides great support in either position. The other great thing about it is when one of us shifts positions the other hardly even notices the movement. I would highly recommend this mattress, the price is unbeatable.

I am so disappointed in this mattress. At first, (purchased 5/08) it was so comfortable and I woke up feeling great.Now it's sagging and it's very uncomfortable.If my husband and I are next to each other in the middle of the bed we sink in, and the memory foam kind of surrounds us. Many comical moments trying to get out of this bed.I sleep right on the edge now, it's the only place that is still firm enough to not bend me into an inch worm.

my boyfriend and i used to toss and turn all through the night.hes has back problems and they just got worse with our old mattress.i used to always wake up in the middle of the night and when i woke up in the morning i felt like i just didnt sleep enough.now we sleep all though the night and wake up feeling ready for the day.i highly recommend this mattress to people for a good nights sleep

This bed is the absolute best bed I have ever owned. The bed is so good it makes it harder to get out of bed in the morning!Delivery of the bed was a breeze, but it is pretty heavy so if you need to take it upstairs I would recommend asking a friend for help. The pillow top is fantastic, adds just a little more comfort!If you need a new bed and you want to have the best sleep ever - buy this bed immediately!

This is the second "Pillow Top 14-inch Queen-size Memory Foam Mattress" I've purchased. Loved the first one so well that I had to have another one.

Big Mistake ordering a mattress without being able to try it out. This mattress is a brick even with the 2 inch topper and ADDING an additional 3 inch separate topper. This mattress is for people wanting the feel of sleeping on the hard ground.The description did not indicate the extreme firmness.The memory foam mattresses cannot be returned to overstock unlike buying from your local mattress distributor.

This bed is VERY firm. I like a firm bed but this was just too firm. My husband ended up sleeping on our guest bed because he would wake up in the morning with numb hands and sore shoulders and hips. Boughta 3 inch memory foam pad for it and it's so much nicer now.

It takes a few days to get used to sleeping on this type of mattress. We woke up a bit sore the first three mornings and we were starting to doubt our purchase. After that, it's been absolutely wonderful. We wake up earlier feeling rested and ready for the day. We bought an additonal mattress topper for the bed, but it's really not needed.

Great mattress overall with no complaints. We've had this mattress for over a year and the comfort level is still the same. It's not the best but it's okay to start out with for the value. Upon awakening, the memory foam of the topper compresses or indent from the body, however, it returns to its shape after awhile. It also may depend on the weight of the person where it may hold a longer indentation, which you can turn the bed or switch side with your partner and it will return to its shape.

OMG, my back is killing me. This is not memory foam. Do not waste your money. Very, very hard. Like sleeping on a board, with a soft pillow top thrown on top. My ribs hurt this morning! Made well but not memory foam.

this mattress is the worst excuse for memory foam i have ever seen. there is only one layer of foam on it not the two as described on overstock. the topper on it is the only layer of foam and honestly it doesnt resemble any memory foam that i have ever felt. it feels more like egg crate foam from the older mattress toppers made in the 1980's. honestly do not purchase this mattress you will be sadly and sorely disappointed.

CAREFULL !!! I bought this in the spring and gave it a good review. But 6 months later the mattress is already starting to make a hole where I sleep (1) person. And it does not come up all the way. I am of average size - male - 185 lbs and 6 ft tall. I am not overweight and there is no reason for it to be doing this. I am stuck as I can not return it and unlike the tempurpedic and other more expensive versions. This has absolutely no warranty. BEWARE of this item. Yes its cheap - but at the end of the day it is not even close to the real one. All it has is a topper (the white part) that is memory foam. The other 11 inches are just a hard foam and the look and feel are expansive. But the quality is very poor. I will sleep on the other side now for 6 months more and then Iw ill have to buy a new mattress. Don't buy this item. You will regret it.

I went to the stores because I wasn't sure if this was real or not. It was cheap and cheap shipping! The stores told me to watch out for a cheap price because "I wouldn't be sure if there was filler in there or not.. that could be sand." But I bought it anyway, because I was desperate for a new bed. It is wonderful. It was easy to assemble and it didn't have a smell like the other reviewers said that it had. I got the pillowtop, so my boyfriend and I can still feel each other moving. If you want the movement free, then don't get the pillowtop.

This is a good bed all around. We both love it and it is firm enough for us. I was a little scary when it came because it was so small. But after it expanded it was great. It fits our queen frame well. We needed to ditch the box spring and mattress due to back issues, and then had to get a low platform box spring in anticipation of the mattress here. It has worked out well, and is the perfect height. No complaints at all here!

I purchased this mattress about 3 weeks ago and it's quite nice. It is very comfortable and didn't take much time to fully expand. I didn't notice any lingering odor, and am very happy with it.The wrapped up package is quite large. I don't know that I would have been able to move it on my own, and I'm a woman of average size (5'4"). However, I was placing the mattress upstairs, so it may be possible for a single person to push the rolled up mattress to its desired location if stairs aren't in the equation.
