- This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
- Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.

Ordered this mattress about a month ago. The service was great, got it in a week tops. The four boxes all arrived the same day. Let it sit out for a couple of days after unpacking it, mostly because we had to drain our waterbed. Because we have slept on a waterbed for 20 years, it has been an adjustment. But one I have to say, that has been well worth it. Hubby has back problems, and I think they are getting better. He's not one to comment on things.A piece of advice, read the instructions on what pieces go in what order. I had remembered reading a review about the instructions, and when the pieces wouldn't lie flat, decided I needed to read them. Presto, it worked.We ordered this to replace our king size waterbed and the california king fit in the frame perfectly. Haven't been sorry that I ordered this.My sister even ordered a queen size after we raved about it.
I have had back problems in the past, as has my wife. We love this bed. I can finally get a full nights sleep and wake up refreshed and ready to go, no back pain. Great value. Prompt delivery, easy set up. Very very satisfied.

I was a little hesitant about buying such a high end product online, especially a mattress! I was even more hesitant knowing that once I opened the cartons (there were four of them) that I would not be able to return this item. Thankfully, I was not disappointed! I received the mattress (all four boxes at once) within four days. Initially there was an odor, but it dissipated within hours. The mattress was true to size since I placed it in a California king fitted platform frame which had no box springs. The mattress did feel firm at first, but being able to manually choose which mattress to place on bottom, then second, third, and finally the top sleeping mattress was very personally fitted to my needs. I recommend having a second person available to help you do this. The comfort level of this product is excellent! Regrettably, there was no mattress cover included to hold all four mattresses together, but the value was worth it.
