The oad isnt so much a massager. All it does is vibrate. Also it is for cars not home usage. I had to purchase a seperate wall adaptor so i could give it to my grandmother.

my car didn't come with the winter pkg seat heaters so i thought i'd give this a try as a substitute. don't bother. the inner workings are bulgy, bumpy and uncomfortable.

I have previously owned heated cushions like this & had been very pleased with them. This one is of low quality, cheap components, not very durable. The control came apart witin 2 weeks leaving the unit "un heated". I did my best to put it back together, however, the seat does not provide a significant amount of heat & does not heat uniformly.There are similar products out there that DO work - My experience with this one was that it was just very low quality. Caveat Emptor.
