I was nervous about ordering such a big item online without seeing it first but Im so happy I did. I was surprised at how great the AC works it gets my bedroom so cold that i have to use a thicker blanket now. I love it.

This product came with two minor broken parts. With a little rigging I managed to get it to work like it should. The air conditioner works great. I don't have a window to put an air conditioner in, so venting through the patio door worked great without major construction to fit a window unit. I would recommend this product to someone with a small area to cool. You do need a pan to protect your flooring from water leaking when the tank gets full. Read all instructions and keep them handy until you understand the working procedure of the unit.

We ordered this air conditioner after some record-breaking temps in the area. We don't have any other air conditioning since we normally don't need a/c here in the Pacific NorthWest.We use this in our bedroom and it cools the approximately 400 square feet in about 30 minutes. We have had no problems with the a/c unit yet, but haven't had to use it much so far.The unit was a bit heavier than we thought, but we were able to move it upstairs pretty easily.

i've only had the thing for 2 weeks. Cools down a 360 sq ft room in less than 10 minutes. It was easy to install...just don't screw everything in.

This is the perfect air conditioner for our upstairs rooms over the garage, which are so hot! A great supplement for our central A/C which just can't keep up with the Atlanta heat upstairs! We were just about to order it from the big box store when we got the brainstorm to check Overstock.com--I'm so glad we did since we saved about $150!!
