Make your life easier and buy this. It cleans easily, cooks food great and seems indestructible. I use it for a variety of food in the kitchen and it saves me mess and headache. (Also, my baking mats came wrapped with instructions for use and cleaning like the pic showed online, so I'm not sure what the other reviewer meant that it came without). One of my better purchases.
I like to roast all kinds of veggies. This mat is excellent -- no mess on your pan. Mat is easy to clean. Can do double duty if you need a non-skid working surface.
