    This is a great magnifying mirror that is super bright. Every wrinkle and imperfection will be clear as day when the 10x side is in use. I found the other reviews accurate and helpful. I really love it but there are two important points about it that I want to make. (1) Bulb replacement may be challenging. (2) Overstock has another mirror on its site w/the exact same photo but w/a higher price. The phone rep told me that the more expensive mirror must have more features, but I couldn't determine what they would be by the descriptions. This mirror has all the light and magnification you need so save yourself $** and purchase this mirror.

    • I received this as a gift and loved it however in a short time the switch broke. Giving it another chance hoping it has be remedied.:)

    • Right size, sounds like it is bright enough. I purchased another mirror that was too dark. Hope this is much better.

    • I purchased this same vanity mirror about 6 years ago and absolutely loved it. Specifically, the adjustable fluorescent lighting is awesome. Yes, it is very bright at his highest setting, but the good news is that you can dial it down. Most other vanity mirrors simply have an on/off button with no ability to adjust the brightness, or they have those out-of-date "home, office, or daylight" settings (none of which are bright enough). The switch quit working, so I am purchasing a replacement. And, it's much cheaper (I saved about $40 plus the cost of shipping) than the $139 plus shipping on the Zadro website (which was what I paid for the first one)! I hope the switch on this one lasts another 6 years or more!

I had a cheaper mirror before and it broke so this time I didn't mind paying more for one that would be good quality. I am very serious about makeup and my room is very very dim so the lighted mirror is important for me.
