I have serious hammer toes and also toes that slant outward. I was getting blisters on the tops of my toes where they rubbed on my shoes. When my podiatrist indicated I would eventually need toe surgery, I enrolled in yoga class and began doing toe exercises. I recently bought yoga toes and am using them to help straighten my toes. It's working. I no longer get blisters and my toes are not slanting sideways nearly as much. NOTE I wear size 10 - 10.5 shoe. The yoga toe description says for my shoe size to order medium. Perhaps because I am older, 60, my toes would not stretch wide enough to wear them. Small is perfect for my 10 - 10.5 foot size.
Unfortunately, even at age 60, I haven't ever learned that when they say less is more, there could be a reason. The Yoga Toes instructions are pretty vague about starting gradually. I figured that when they said to start wearing them for 5-10 minutes, it was to build up to a point where they wouldn't be uncomfortable to wear. Since they felt pretty good from the get-go, I wore them overnight for several days as soon as I got them. The good news was that my toes did, in fact, straighten a bit. The bad news was that after a week, I could barely walk! My podiatrist explained that I was suffering from tendon injury from too much stretching, too fast. The end of the story is, after a couple of weeks of limping around in flats, my feet did recover, and I started using the Yoga Toes again, this time very, very gradually. I now use them for a half-hour or so most evenings, and they are just great. My feet feel like they've been massaged, and yes, my toes are straighter. I do believe that they're pretty pricey for two plastic pieces, but then again, I don't know what engineering costs are involved in producing them. In spite of what may sound like a bunch of negatives, I think this product is just great! If anything ever happens to my Yoga Toes, without doubt I will buy another pair!
I bought these because i noticed that my feet have become knarly and gross. I'm still young but I wear 3" heels 5 days a week and have developed corns. So gross! I read some other reviews that they helped alleviate hammer toe which is causing my corns. What do you know, I've had them less than a month and i can see a difference in how my toes look. they are starting to lay flat rather than curl and the stretch feels great. I thought it would be too expensive but after using them i think they are well worth the cost.
I ordered these in hopes that my circulation and aching feet would improve ( I have Raynauds), as well as the state of my toes from being crammed into pointy high heeled shoes every day. I too had gone to a podiatrist and he advised that if I continue to wear the same type of shoes, that I would need surgery. I received the yoga toes yesterday and couldn't wait to try them on. I am a size 8, so I had no problem putting them on. Within 5 mins I felt such a relaxing sensation...the aches totally subsided. I wore them for 15 mins, and didn't want to take them off!..I love the way they feel! I plan to take them to work tomorrow morning and try them on under my desk for a quick fix. I hope this will also help the allignment in my toes. Look forward to my new daily ritual!
The product is not sized properly. The small are very large and if you have small feet they absolutely will not work. Some of the toes slip out because of this design. Concept may be good but design is bad. You can only wear them while you are sitting down. There is a no return policy which I did not realize when I ordered them. I would not have ordered if I was aware you could not return.
These are really neat & comfortable. I wouId not recommend walking in them when you are wearing them. Finding time to stay off your feet can be an issue. I haven't had them long enough to "see" if they have straightened by toes. They are made of real high quality materials but they don't merit such a high price. I'm looking forward to wearing them later today.
These help my toes and feet like nothing else. No other exercises help quite like these. My toes are stronger and feet are better balanced. My toes used to feel so tight and constricted and now they more mobile. My regular yoga practice helps with this, but the Yoga Toes help even more. My only complaint is that they cost so much.
The Yoga Toes Toe Stretchers are a fun product. I have been using them often. I think with continued use they will show an improvement in my toe alignment. I bought a pair for a gift too. They are easy to use. They warn you not to overuse them at first, start slow and build up to wearing them for longer periods. I am happy with the purchase. I wear a lot of heels and pointed toe shoes. My feet needed some help!
I love these. I use them on a regular basis and don't ever want to be without them.

These are wonderful! I have bunions and they help stretch out my feet at the end of a long day or long tennis match.
The whole trend to stretch your toes apart is/was bogus..........my husband bought these for me & I would never have done so, but they were cheaper than the "brand name."

I use these very often (have to if one's on their feet 6+ hours daily.) They're great for relaxing one's tootsies. Not bad for the price either. Love the O.
My wife & I are both in retail,on our feet,8 hrs daily. Yoga toes are heaven-sent. Love 'Em.
I brought this product for my daughter. In less than a week the difference in the space between her toes is remarkable. Little uncomfortable at first but it improves with each use. She is very pleased with the results. Highly recommend this product for anyone wanting relief in foot comfort. I plan to purchase another Yoga Toes for another relative who can benefit from this apparatus.
I have used mine. The other is a Christmas gift. These feel wonderful!
I have used these for almost 2 years and reccommend them to anyone/everyone! I have severe plantar fascitis, a painful bunion and sciatica. A lot of issues. When I first got these I had a sciatica episode that was flaring to the point that it was hard to walk. within a week of using these daily, it was gone! returned recently when I slacked on using them. Again, I went back to regular use and it has gone away. My toes have straightened and seperated to releieve pressure on the bunion and fascia. You'll feel tingling in your lower legs when you first begin, so follow instructions on increasing usage time. They feel good. Everyone should own a pair of these!!!
I happen to be using my yoga toes right now and I have to say I am impressed by their effectiveness. I was beginning to have some foot pain from bunion/hammer toes on one foot. First couple of times I used them it was a bit uncomfortable, but noticed straighter toes and less pain from the first use. After several days, they go on easier and my foot seems to be significantly less deformed. Not sure about all the claims about rejuvenation and treatment of poor circulation and varicose veins, but they do seem to stretch, shape and align the foot as claimed.
I am very pleased at how relaxed my feet, especially toes, feel after using Yoga Toes for about 30 minutes. I do quite a bit of dancing and find that using Yoga Toes before I go to class makes a difference.
This product was raved by magazines, unfortunately, I was very disappointed. My job required alot of standing and walking in heels and I needed and quick fix to stretch out my toes. It did nothing. Absolutely nothing. I could not feel the difference between being in heels and having those on. Therefore, it was such a waste of money.
I absolutely love my yoga toes and would highly reccomend them to anyone who like me has to wear overly confining shoes. I use them everynight and it really helps to relieve that smooshed toes feeling I get from wearing pointy shoes. They have also helped cut way back on the amount of foot cramps. They are of very good quality as far as I can tell and have worked out VERY well for me. I would highly reccomend this product.
